Hello! I'm Justin, and I'm the owner of the Twitch network "Mimics & Monstrosities" an affiliated streaming channel on Twitch where we play Dungeons & Dragons every week for folks! We currently are playing a pirate campaign at 10pm EST on Wednesdays and a persistent haunted house campaign on Wednesdays at 7pm-9pm EST, with more shows eventually filling up the week when we get there of assorted RPGs, but we'll mostly be D&D.
On March 16th we're running a 12-hour charity stream over on our Twitch channel through ExtraLife and will be given to a children's hospital here in Canada. We need to fill up some remaining slots for some of our games. Each game will run for three or so hours and we have four games in total, but only two games need to fill up the cast. Those games are:
Game: The Cube That Ate Everyone (D&D 5e) Group type: Online / via D&D Beyond (You'll also need to download Zoom for video chat, so webcams and mics are required) Experience: New / a few years / veteran Location/Timezone: EST, I'm in Canada. The stream is going from 11am-11pm EST. Schedule: Saturday, March 16th 11am-2pm EST. Roles sought: 3 Players Game style: Casual, 1-shot, 2nd Level. Takes place in a homebrewed city called Anundiel City. Ruled by a monarchy still and it's just a massive, sprawling standard fantasy city. The city is being terrorized by a Tarasque sized, gargantuan Gelatinous Cube and the city is trying to be evacuated as more oozes and slimes begin terrorizing the city. To apply, just post in this thread or send me a message on D&D Beyond using the form below.

Your Name: What you want to be referred to as when not playing your PC. Age: Your age. Experience with D&D 5e: New / a few years / veteran Preferred Gender Pronouns: Why Should We Pick You?:
Also, if you send an application or just want to tune in for the charity stream for some fun shenanigans and hopeful giveaways then check us out on Twitch - https://www.twitch.tv/mimicsnmonstrosities
And join our Discord if you apply so we can easily get you into a group chat to discuss character dynamics, etc or just join the Discord in general and meet some great people to play and talk D&D with and possibly join in on some games that will be coming to the channel in the near future! - https://discord.gg/kMyeYRt
Your Name: Jeremy Age: 34 Experience with D&D 5e: About a year, a few one shots and a short campaign. Preferred Gender Pronouns: Usually male, don't bother me either way though. Why Should We Pick You?: Well, that depends on what aspect you are asking about. The broadcast aspect? I'm reliable, I enjoy the game and because I'm laid back I don't try to steal people's spotlight. Why would a group enjoy having me? Because I don't mind filling roles, in fact character creation is probably my favorite aspect of the game. I'm also rather agreeable with party plans (Ex: I won't assassinate the NPC the group has agreed to talk to because they were rude.).
Truth be told, I could give you 100 reasons to pick me since I have a lot time to list the best parts about playing with me. I think you would get a better feel for the type of person I am if we just did a session 0 while you got to know me.

What happens if you step on a d4 barefoot? You take 1d4 damage.
Experience with DnD 5e: I have a couple of months under my belt, so I'm relatively new.
Preferred Pronoun: He/him.
Why you should pick me: You should pick me because I can get along with most anyone. It's rare for me to get into arguments over anything. I also feel that it would be very good experience to improve my overall dnd skills. Thanks!
What game? Do to my schedule, the only one I could do is The Cube that ate Everything.
Experience with DnD 5e: I have about a year on research under my belt. I just have no playing experience so I'm new to playing.
Why you should pick me: You should pick me because I can bring an eagerness to play DnD. It's rare for me to get into arguments over anything. Also, I am able to turn a boring situation into something fun.
What game? I will be able to play any game that is available.
Thanks for giving me a chance to do this and help charity!
