DM looking to start group in Provo, Utah

Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Face-to-face
Experience: 3 years
Location: Provo, Utah
Schedule: Dependent on player schedules; I am free after 5 p.m. on weekdays and 4 p.m. on Saturdays
Roles sought: I‘m looking for 4-6 PCs
Game style: Dependent on player preference; I’ve had experience DMing for both RP-heavy and Combat-heavy campaigns. I prefer a good mix, and try to put the focus on exploration and adventure (think Indiana Jones). I love worldbuilding and involving PC backstories in the story of the game. 

I’ve been looking for players to start a new campaign! I have access through DnD Beyond to all the basic books and Xanathar’s Guide, the SCAG, etc. I also have a bunch of miniatures, dice, etc. Beginners are welcome!

As a side note, I’m a college student, and in my last group, we had a bad experience with two "veteran” players that invited themselves to the game after finding out about it and basically took it over.

We’d determine details about setting, where and when to play, etc. once we had a few players!
