We're looking for fresh players for our new D&D Discord Campaign. We typically play around 5pm PST on Weekdays. Games are pretty relaxed and primarily character/dialogue-based, so apply if you just want to chill and play D&D.
When you say weekdays does that mean every weekday? Also how long do your sessions usually last? I've been running a discord game myself with some co-workers and even if I can't play in your game I'd still be interested to see how you tackle some of the obstacles that come with playing on a digital format.
In our last campaign, we generally played twice per week, with sessions lasting about 2-3 hours. In most cases, the game was played very laid back, with myself as the GM giving the players descriptions of what's going on, and letting them take it from there. It was our first campaign, so none of us really had any issue with simply role-playing things out for a few hours. When it came to dice, we started with just using the Honor System with dice we had, but after a while, we got a Dice Bot and such. We're very lax on rulings, and if anybody wants any homebrew they wanna try out, or they want to do something that isn't specified, I tend to allow it.
If there is still room I would like to join, new player but have been through a good bit of sessions to understand the game. Discord: CurlyHairCutie#3441
Hey, I'm very interested in a character-driven roleplay or combat. If you still have the room I'm down to play. I typically work on Wednesday's, Friday's and Saturday's but other than that I'm free to play.

This sounds cool. I like dialogue and back-story involved games. My discord name is SottooVoce99#7207.
Would I need to have downloaded any of the D&D Beyond books? I have a PHB in hard copy.
Hello there! I'd like to join the campaign, my discord is @Hidoooodlez#0459!
