We are a group dedicated to playing Dungeon and Dragons 5th Edition on Roll20 and growing as players and dungeon masters. The community is One-Shot Based and allows you to keep a persistent character from game to game. Our guild is stationed in Sigil, The City of Doors, with an infinite number of portals to every plane.
We currently have 16 different running campaigns on the server, and last month we had over 140 one shots that where ran averaging over 4 a day!
D&D Friends uses Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, Appendix A: Shared Campaigns where characters earn treasure points from adventures, then redeem those points in exchange for magic items. Instead of hoping a DM will give you an item, you can work towards your desired items yourself.
Additionally, Characters gain levels not by accumulating experience points, but by gaining Check Points (CP) based on hours of playtime. We believe this will promote adventuring with your pals, instead of placing emphasis on experience-based powergaming.
Over 600+ Players and very active groups and games!
Hey, I just stumbled across this, and I was wondering if the discord server is still up. I tried using the link, but it was invalid. Is this still going after a year?
The server has a lot of humor to it. I was surprised to find just as many funny adventures (Rescuing a leopard from goblins / searching for a goat and ending up worshiping a goat got) as serious ones (Fighting a CR 21 dragon at lvl 5 / Having to win a jousting tournament to save someone's life).
The games are pretty balanced too. I haven't died yet, and I'm a dumbass lol.
As a member for over a year, if you are looking for a place to play D&D for a quick one-shot (and maybe be introduced to a new way to enjoy the game for long-term character progression...) D&D Friends is the way to go! We look forward to meeting you!
Hi! I'm new to Dnd and I played for almost 2 months. This is a great opportunity to meet some new people and forge friendships towards a new adventure, and I'm happy to meet you all!

With summer coming to a close, now is a great time to get in a bunch of D&D before life gets too busy!
DnD Friends is the best place out there. They have made me feel at home for the past year and half. I have grown so much since coming to this server!
