Hello Prex im also in Virginia beach, are you looking for players? Is their any type of campaign your looking to run?
I work unusual work hours so i have some unusual avalibility. Relative new player i played a hand full of one shots but would like a more consistent group to play with.
I have been looking for a game in VaBeach. Experienced gamer but new to 5E and have not played in a group for a few years. Prefer tabletop if I can find a good group. Regular work hours and flexible schedule for gaming. This seems like a good time to lay the groundwork for gaming when the shutdown is over. Prefer ranger but hate level 1 gaming.
I donât know many people that love level 1 gaming. However it does set the standard for players and characters alike to find their niche together. It can take a battle or two to figure out how to best utilize each other. Just jumping head first into the deep end tends bring out the barbarian rage in everyone. Especially in experiences players who canât help but meta other players by telling them âwell thatâs not how I would have done itâ. I always start my campaigns at level 1. It helps me to build the story and play the part of the story teller. It helps the players both new and old to get a good grip on the basics as well as get a feel for my DM/play style. Starting in the mid range before players get a feel for what they can expect from is can be disastrous and I also like to get a feel for my players as well. Maybe we donât mesh. Maybe we do.
