Hey, I've been RPing for years, and have run multiple text-based campaigns. But these have always been in my own world I created, and I really wanted to try out the actual world of DnD as a player before getting into any legit DMing.
The character I made is using 5th edition and does have a backstory (even though I maayy have snuck in some of my lore in him, at the risk of making him seem a little crazy)
I'd love to learn more about the world of DnD through playing.
