Roles Sought: DM (We'd prefer a female in maybe middle-school to college as we're not really comfortable with someone with a big age gap and are both females ourselves. Also please do not reply if you are not LGBTQ+ friendly.)
Game Style: We prefer a casual game, roleplay based is okay as well

We are two new players hoping to get started on D&D even though it's only us two. One of us is a bard, the other a rogue, and we'd like to keep to just us if at all possible. (NPC players are fine if necessary, and we're good with making another character.) Again, we're both new and have little to no knowledge of D&D, so it'd be helpful if you are a DM, that you're okay with helping us know what moves we can make when and whatnot. It's a pretty specific criteria, but we may have exceptions so long as you let us know what details you do fit, but it's preferred you fit mostly the age range, the LGBTQ+ friendly, and the being able to remind us what to do parts of this thread. So if you are interested in helping us out, please reply to this thread or message me directly on DND Beyond with what criteria you do fit, then your Discord username and numbers, thank you.

Please note we may go through a few people to see if we're all comfortable with the set up, group, and whatnot. We also have ideas of what we may want to do as far as tasks and combat, so you may need to be a bit open to suggestions for this.

Also please note that I use the word preferred and I mean such. If you are interested in being a DM simply for us two, even if just for a one shot of some sort, please do not let the criteria list, my formal speech, or otherwise hinder you from doing so. This request may be changed quite a few times, if you'd ever like to check back and see if you'd like to reply to whatever the new circumstances are.

Hey there Starillia, my name is Mystery and I think might fit the bill as far as what you're looking for. I'm female, a college senior (24yrs old) and while I'm a newer DM I have been playing for the past few years so I'm pretty well versed in the mechanics and such and should be able to help you two learn the ropes. I'm also really interested in running a smaller, more beginner friendly game like you're describing and am definitely LQBTQ+ friendly. I'm very roleplay focused and really enjoy building a world players and their characters can enjoy taking part in and adding to. My schedule can be a little up in the air due to work and school but I'm almost always free on weekends (MST) and play by post is an option I'd be more than willing to go with if needed. If it sounds like we'd be a good fit for each other go ahead and DM me and I'll share my discord info that way. Definitely looking forward to hearing from and possibly playing D&D with you!
