Group looking to expand its players. (no experience required)
Currently, as the DM, I'm looking for long term players (3-4) committed to joining for the remainder of the campaign and future ones, currently just started with Lost Mine of Phandelver but paused to add more players.
Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Experience: 1 Newbie/Experienced Players and also... (1-5 Veteran/DM to play 1-2 game nights as guest players) Location/Timezone: Austin, TX (CST) Schedule: Every Thursday 6pm to 10pm CST Role: Healer Type Game style: casual, immersive role-play
Requirements:
Time commitment, 3-5 hours once a week.
Google Chrome (free)
D&D Beyond account (free)
Roll20 account (free)
Beyond20 Chrome Extension (free)
Webcam & Headset
The Campaign will include adventures from Lost Mine of Phandelver, Dragon of Icespire Peak, Storm Lord’s Wrath, Sleeping Dragon’s Wake and Divine Contention. These adventures are designed for characters of 1st through 12th level set in the Sword Coast region of the Forgotten Realms campaign setting.
I'm also looking to meet some Veteran players who are interested in joining a session as a special guest/player for 1-2 game nights. Only if they are willing follow the character development commitment while working with the DM to create a background into our player's story. IE, a villain, family member, etc.
I’m interested. Not really sure what type of player I am. I played 1e and 2e as a kid. Started up a year ago playing a Barbarian 2x a month (still do).
Eager to try a different class. I have zero experience outside of Barbarian, so it is new for me. Let me know if that works. I’m PST.
Would it be starting from scratch at level 1? (fingers crossed)
Hello this sounds cool I am pretty new to DnD but I know The basics I’m really trying to get into a campaign and I have a lot of flexible time so I think I should be able to be on when needed
Hey, this sounds interesting. I do have a bit of a tight schedule so i would need more on that to be sure but could def work. I have about 2.5 years of experience and have played all sorts of characters but prefer spell casters
been looking for a thursday game. was hoping to find an avernus game but been having trouble finding one on that particular day. i'd be up to joining tho. looks like you need a healer. i have a druid build in mind that might be interesting.
I would be interested in playing. I have a gnome wizard ready to go. I have been playing 5E for 6 months and would love to got through all of these modules. Time works great I am in Oklahoma. (Don’t hold that against me)
Hi there! Thursdays are 100% a great day for me, and I'd love to be involved in this!
I've got a webcam and mic setup, as well as 2-3 years experience in 5e. I've used roll20 and DnDBeyond both, and I have a character concept I've been looking to run with for awhile, since Rogue seems to be taken (of course, if stacking isn't super important, I'm down to play Rogue too)! I'd love to talk more. If you have a Discord you're free to add mine!
Experience: Been playing since 2001, mostly DMing Location/Timezone: Chicago, IL (CST) Role: Any of the following (Your choice I like them all) - Dragonborn Sorcerer, Halfling Bard, or Shifter Druid
Thursdays are perfect for me, especially at those times. Let me know if interested! All characters are ready to go and just need a background (Which I can churn out in a matter of hours) and all programs also downloaded
Living in Burnet, TX I played and DM'd a lot (like a decade or so) when I was younger. So I'm experienced with how to play, but I haven't seen the game since just after 3.x came out. I can play spell chunker or cleric. I would like to learn the 5e game rules so that eventually I can also DM a few from time to time.
