Maryland gaming - looking for 1 or 2 players to round out existing game (D&D 4E)

Game: D&D 4e (we are playing 4th edition D&D not 5e)
Group type:  Face-to-face
Experience: new / a few years / veteran (we have 2 people who are veteran+ players, one who's been playing a few years, and one fairly new player so all 3)
Location/Timezone: Typically Glen Burnie / Eastern Standard Time
Schedule:  monthly game, usually on a Saturday or Sunday from 12-6PM (we have our own forum where we post updates and schedules)
Roles sought: DM and/or Player (a new player or two is perfect, we have 2 DMs, but DM exp is great too!) 
Game style:  We play 4th Edition which is known for prolonged battles and we totally understand its not for everyone.  We enjoy the tactical battles, use of minis,  and that the job of a fighter is more than swing and hit/miss, etc.  We try to keep the combat moving but with new'ish players that does not always work, so if you are new, we are patient.  Role-playing is casual and left up to the individual to decide how much role-play they want to do.  DMs are animated and try to go with what they get from players on that note.  We are all adults, some of us were playing D&D 2E when we were kids.  So that is at least partially the reason we game monthly, as we have many other things going on that require our personal attention and weekly gaming is not an option.  While we would prefer someone who has played previously, its not a requirement as long as you are willing to read materials and watch YouTube on gameplay beforehand.
