so here are the facts:

Game: D&D
Group preferred: Online
Our Experience: New and experienced
Location/Timezone: Germany (we are able to write/speak in EN but prefer german)
Availability: Mostly in the evening and on the weekend.
Preferred role: DM
Game style: We  prefer a focus on the story and less on combat. A chill, atmospheric longterm Adventure, with good and fun roleplay between characters.

 The last time my friend and I searched for a group and we found some pretty awesome player and DM, with which we had a great time. But sadly our DM disappeared after the second game. We know nothing, but after days and days without a response from him we decided to move on (Neverless we hope he is okay and not lost in the Shadowfell or such).

So here we are and I ask if somebody would want to joyn us. We would like to keep our Characters (three Bards and one Wizard).

Das letzte Mal haben meine Freundin und ich nach einer Gruppe gesucht und wir fanden echt tolle Spieler und DM, mit welchen wir eine super Zeit hatten. Aber leider ist unser DM verschwunden nach dem zweiten Spiel. Wir wissen nichts, aber nach Tagen ohne eine Nachricht von ihm haben wir uns dazu entschieden Neu anzufangen (So oder so hoffen wir er ist okay und nicht verloren in den Shadowfells )

Also ja, wer hätte Lust sich uns anzuschließen?Wir würden gerne unsere Charaktere behalten (Drei Barden und ein Zauberer).

I'm willing to DM, if it pleases you. The only thing is that there might be the issues of what you're planning on communicating with (I don't use most social media and don't like speaking online anyways), and the fact that I have very little understanding of the German language. However, I'm up at the right times and am experienced as a DM (as that is normally the position I take in a group). I typically use Google Hangouts (which actually works, given the integrated dice roller), being the simpleton I am, and am kind of bored anyways. Tell me if you're interested, and I can get things started (if you don't mind dealing with an English speaking DM).

I am DM'ing a homebrewed campaign with a group of 4(soon 5) other GMT +1 players online, we follow the rules to about 99% because we are more about having fun playing than playing by the rules to the letter. We speak english only and the campaign is pretty much welcoming any race or subclass you want or have(homebrewed I need to approve first). We play Wednesdays and likely 1 or 2 more times a week in the evenings. I have Discord server that we play on and we also use Roll20 sometimes during the big battles(meaning, not needed for meatshield/cannon fodder opponents). PM me if this sounds interesting and you can ask more about the campaign and can send an invite link to the server

P.S. We use voice chat and the campaign is very long and very role playing focused

@Aleithilithos thankyou for your answer and your interest. I think our group would prefer playing on discord and (out of experience) with voice/talking. But I will send them your answer and we will see if they would want to play with you. Until then :-)

Overall it sounds like a lot of fun to play with you, but my personal concern and questions are: You are 5 players and we are 4... so a we would be a group of 9, sry I am a newbie, but that sounds a lot. I'm a DM searching for a new group for a story I have the basics planned for. I don't speak German except for a few words I've picked up so you could all use that against me to come up with plans without me knowing what they are. I play on Discord and I'm available most nights after midnight my time. The only problem I could see with that is that's after 7 AM your time. Can you consult with your friends and get back to me?
