New to 5e, looking for group! Eastern Time

Hello there!

I just recently started a few one off campaigns with friends IRL, and I am looking to learn all I can about 5e. I have experience in 3.5e and earlier and I have been quite active on nwn1 and nwn2 private servers so I have some knowledge of lore (albeit the wrong timeline for the most part :D).

Anyhow, I am looking to find a casual group that I can play with for extended or even a short while (one off adventures.) who can teach me more about the DM style of 5e and simply see what 5e is all about! If it lasts longer than a few one offs that is even better :D

Timezone of Eastern, and I am available most days/evenings.

Game style: Homestew (a little of everything gets thrown in) world inspired by a little bit of everything. This campaign heavily inspired by Acquisitions, Inc. sourcebook. Set in the world's main/central melting pot mega city. Heavy roleplay. Theatre of the mind. Casual, rules light. We of course have no problem with our players being human, we prefer that characters not be. Beyond that we're pretty wide open. Just ask.
