Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Online via Discord
Experience: I am an experienced player and DM but any level of experience is acceptable as long as you can commit to a long term game.
Location/Timezone: EST is preferred but it won't really matter since it is a play by post in nature, just more frequent.
Schedule: I would be looking for at least 1 post a day, preferably more.
Roles sought: Looking for both Players and DMs, preferably everyone will get the chance to be both.
Game style: So, what I'm interested in doing is at its core a Play by Post, but done via Discord. Having done this before it seems to allow for more frequent posting than a normal Play by Post, as well as an easy way to store campaign information. What I am really looking to accomplish is for each adventure/session to be run by a different DM in a shared campaign world. We would collaborate together and swap characters in and out of parties as we take turns DMing. I would be happy to DM the first adventure and then go on from there. Adventures would need to be mostly episodic in nature, though reoccurring themes or plots that stay within your adventures would be fine, or outside if the other DM's are ok with it. 

So a rough example of what I mean by this. We all get together and come up with characters and rough world info, then first adventure is ran. During that adventure, I flesh out 1 major area or theme of the world. Next adventure one of the other players DMs, and I run a character in the party. The new DM also fleshes out a major area or theme. Continue until we have come back to the original DM and continue cycling through. When a player is DMing his/her character will be an NPC in the party or be doing something else that benefits the group off-camera so to speak.

That would be up to schedules and such. The intent for is it to be play by post but if everyone was able to get on at the sametime for a couple of hours of real time chat to speed things up that would be great. Even then I would prefer it still be via text instead of voice, as I find it to be more immersive, but I can do either. My schedule is very tight so real time sessions would be few and far between, probably e/o week at most for a few hours.

Ok that sounds good. I want to try dming but am not sure how good I will be, Im good with fleshing out a world and coming up with ideas though, so I think I would have fun dming a little

I'd be interested in joining! The concept of cycling through DMs sounds a lot of fun. Reminds me of a homebrew game I hosted a couple years ago with some friends, and we had a really good time with it!
