Lightning it could just be me but when I clicked on your character link I get a "This Site Cannot be Reached" error message, all the other links seemed to work fine with me so you may want to double check yours.
I found the problem you had some extra bits of text at the end of the link. I just took that out and ended with number portion and seems to work fine... check the updated roster list...
I'm pretty sure any updates you save will be viewable from the same link post-updating. I updated some background things after posting the link and then checked my link from here. It looked like the updates were present.
