New and Looking for a Group!

Hello there! As the title says, I'm currently looking for a group to play DND with, preferably 5e and LGBT friendly! Like a lot of people, I'm currently quarantined, so I'm specifically looking for an online group; I am unfamiliar Roll20 or other online mediums for DND, but I'm willing to learn! I'm also very much a new player; I'm only just starting to take a serious dive into the PHB, but I've played a couple of casual sessions in the past with friends. My timezone is EST, and I'm usually available on weekends. Pretty much every weeknight, except for Thursday, works for me too. 

I'm looking to be a player, not a DM; I'm hoping by taking the perspective of a player, I'll be able to learn how to become a better DM for my friends in the future. I'm willing to dabble in any sort of campaign play style, but I'm probably not a good fit for very rules-heavy campaigns at the moment. I'm also pretty invested in the storytelling/roleplaying aspect of DND.

Hey there friend if you re still looking for players or a DM let me know. I'm part of a super awesome Discord server. We love teaching new players and our players are some of the most welcoming people I've met online. We are a West marches style server so RP is a large part consisting of TRP and live sessions. We mostly use Discord to run live sessions using theatre of the mind, and occasionally Roll20. PM me if you are interested :)
