have never played want to learn from the start!

hello i've always wanted to learn to play from the beginning  as in make a player and start at level 1 look for group to take me on it might seem like a hassle promise to try my best to learn i was planning to do a home game but the pandemic has stop that and i think this will work on i live in the eastern daylight time please help me!.
