As stated, I am looking for an LGBT friendly group of teenagers (I am 15 and a lesbian) and would prefer a group with more girls, but as long as it's pretty balanced any gender is fine.  My schedule is pretty flexible, and I have a few characters already rolled that I can edit to fit an existing party, or I'm fine rolling up a new character!  I am not very experienced so I am absolutely fine working with a DM to fit well into any campaign!  Most importantly, I'm looking for a fun group that feels good to be a part of!  Hope I can find someone like that here :)
