I'm relatively new to the game, but willing to learn just about anything. I've had an interest in D&D for a good 5 or so years, but I've never really been able to get a group together and play for more than a session or two. Timing has usually been the biggest issue. I work night shift at a warehouse with no set hours, so my schedule is a bit wonky. Good nights have me home at 1-1:30 AM EST, but during busy times of the year/if we have a bad night, I can be there until almost 8 AM EST. Sunday nights would probably be best for me because it's our lightest workload. Usually home no later than roughly 10 PM EST. Anyway, I've been rambling on a little too long, so I'll just leave this here and hope for the best.
I'm also a new player who is hoping to get started with D&D. I'd be down to join you since I also work nights; I'm usually home at 1am EST. Feel free to message me with any questions or anything.
I am willing to DM for this. Sunday nights would work 10 EST. I have the Storm King's Thunder module ready to go on roll20 and can assist in new players learning the ropes. Message me if you are interested and we can connect on Discord.
Can you tell me what time that is for new York city time frame and what level I have to be in order to and don't have discord ok. Still new to this online system mostly use to paper and pencil system
Seems like the rest of us are talking in terms of EST, which I'm fairly certain NY falls under - I'm in SC for a reference point. As for level, I think Clutter and I are starting new characters as we are both new.
I am indeed starting a fresh character, Voso. And Chaos, we'll figure something out with communication. I'm not super familiar with discord myself, so it'll be a learning experience on a couple of fronts.
lambchop, are you willing to postpone the start time until roughly 11 PM EST? I'm usually getting out of work no later than 10:30, but I won't be able to reliably make a 10 PM schedule.
I have 2 years of experience and wouldn't mind helping you new guys out in learning the ropes. My Discord is DarknessReborn100#3338 so hit me up if you'd like me join you guys. I can fill in any gaps missing for the party if needed.

In a world of Darkness, do you rise up to the challenge and bring forth the light, or do you submit to the darkness and let it consume you.
I'm also new, I just created a fresh character not too long ago. Hit me up with a message on here or message me on discord at BloodyHuggable#7393, if there's still room in your group.
Thank you all for your interest! We are full at this time. In the event a spot opens up I will reach out to you to see if you are still interested. Have a good one and May the Crits be with you!

Would Sundays work for you, as far as regular sessions go? It's usually my earliest night, and I'm *usually* home no later than 11-11:30 PM EST.
Ya, I can make that work.
Looking to join a group and have character made as fighter
I'm good with having you join. Still need to find a DM who is willing to work with the scheduling.
Chaos, what kind of Fighter? And Clutter, what are you thinking of playing? For team comp purposes
