If you are new to D&D completely you probably should be a player not a DM as the DM is the person who manages the whole game from quests to npcs to encounters to dungeons to campaign story etc etc etc. As such the DM should be familiar with how to play.

And I am preferably looking for discord groups

I think you think I already have a group this is a LFG post as in a looking for a group post. LFP posts are the ones looking for players

What does that means LFG stand for exactly

Looking For Group as in I'm a single person looking for a group to join LFP is Looking for Players which is a group or DM looking for more players for a campaign

So how long do we have to wait for more people to join
