Looking for players for two of my current groups. Wanting to least add 1 more player to each group.
We're super role play heavy into the game but we're loose on the rules. We are consistent adults on playing and want to make friends long term. If you can let me know by answering these questions, send them via my DMs so we can discuss further.

My name is Greg, I am 21, I have been playing DnD for a little over a year now. I have DM'd several campaigns and one-shots for various friend groups and coworkers.
I am currently a player in two other campaigns, and have played in one before that.
I love to roleplay, but I'm pretty rubbish at voice-acting/accents. I like to play for descriptive combat and storytelling, and love to play with good-humored people.
I have discord, roll 20, and DND beyond, but I'm pretty new with most of the mods.
I've never played past level 5, but I pick up characters pretty quickly and am always willing to do my own research.

I'm 29, haven't ever played D&D before but I have a basic understanding of the systems from listening to various actual play podcasts and reading up about the game. I have a few ideas for a character but I'm totally open to suggestions and guidance of where to go with it and how to fit into an existing group. I'm only available for the friday night sessions, I live on the east coast but the time difference wouldn't be a problem, as long as you wouldn't mind having a less experienced player being brought into an existing campaign with experienced players, I like to think I'm a quick learner.
I think a 1 on 1 session sounds great to both get to know each other and get a briefer on the game before I jump in. I'm looking to get into a group of adventurers to have some fun, live out some fantasies, and hopefully make some friends. I have all three of Roll20/Discord/DnDBeyond so wherever works best for you is good with me. I have a laptop with a microphone and a camera, although I'm not totally sure that the camera works.

I'm a relatively new player but I've done a few one shotters and I've messed around with a couple of builds and watched alot of vids (animated spellbook and JoCat). I'm in hawaii and I'm available on the weekends usually.
I got DND beyond and discord (Angels Shadow52#3367). Got a camera on my laptop so I got that.
I'm down for a 1 on 1 especially if I wanna get super invested into it. And honestly I'm interested in the homebrew content, could make for some interesting engagements or creative solutions.
And I have no problems with a co-make on a character since I'm not too much in the creativity of backstories.

I have played it once with my sister. Once as in we did like one session that lasted about an hour. So I have an hours worth of experience

I've been reading D&D manuals since 2E, but have rarely found willing players within my friend group.
I'm looking to get back into the game both as a player, and to DM a campaign for my kids. I look at role-playing as an opportunity to collectively create a story, so character development and RP are important to me, but a nice tactical battle adds stakes and excitement as well.

This sounds like a great approach. I have played a few games recently with people dropping in and out and not really fitting with the group, so having a DM willing to take the time to check for party fit is awesome.

I have a fairly strong understanding of the rules and settings, but have not had a lot of opportunity to play. I'd love to find a group that I can play with long term and develop friendships with.

Fantasy is my favorite Genre. I played D&D way back in the day (about 30 yrs ago). I am currently playing a campaign on Roll20 as a Half-Elf Paladin. I know the 5e rules pretty well, but still have questions from time to time. I am currently watching a few streams to help me be a better Role-Player, but that part of the game interests me. Have been noodling around with a character backstory.

what's your DND experience so far? What would you like to take out of this group?
I have a good grasp on the 5e rules, but do occasionally need some guidance. The current group I am running with on Monday evenings is quite fun but not much into the roleplay aspect which is something I would be interested in. I would like to meet a group of likeminded peeps who likes to escape into a fantasy world for a few hours a week.

1) Yeah, I'm over 21 but under 40
2) I am level-headed and friendly. I'm a teacher.
3) I'm male, and comfortable with others who are and those who are not, and those in between.
4) My best availability is Saturday evenings, preferably after 6pm PST. I am flexible enough to play on Sundays after 4pm PST. I prefer not to play past 10pm PST.
5) If you hadn't guessed already, I live in PST.
6) I have and am comfortable with roll20, discord, and DnDBeyond. Also Beyond20.
7) I am comfortable with a camera so long as the campaign doesn't cover things too graphic.
8) I don't mind homebrew rules at all. I've made some in the past as well. (DnD 3.0 needed some)

10) I'm an experienced player and longtime DM looking for a break from making campaigns. I've been playing since 2002, off and on. As well as Pathfinder 1e. Not a huge fan of DnD 4.0 but it has some usefulness.
11) I'm totally down for working with the DM on character creation that weaves with the narrative. I loved doing it as a DM and have had a hard time finding a DM that wanted to do that.

I'm 29 I have a character made already and have played pathfinder I'm not sure how it's much different but im familiar with tabletop RPG games in the GMT time zone if you guys need a teifliing rouge I do have discord and dnd bayond account so if that helps at all I'd love to be apart of a group again as my other groups havent seem to have time to play anymore.
