Complete beginner, looking for some help playing

Hey guys, I'm a complete beginner, created a character for fun, then got interested in playing it. I literally know nothing so if an expert or intermediate could help me out, I would be grateful!

Hi there, I have an online dnd rp server kind of thing on discord. It's a go at your own pace, do whatever you want as long as it's allowed kind of thing. The people in the server are newbies and we also have relatively experienced players that can help you. It's kind of a new server so not everything fleshed out but I'm working on it. Might be a good way to learn. If you're interested feel free to dm me, things are pretty self explanatory when it comes to rules and stuff on the server but feel free to ask any questions you may have. Also it's a guild based campaign which helps allow freedom of choice whenever you want/are available. We try to keep things simple! XD
