So due to Hurricane Harvey one our players is out due to working. So my DM is looking for two players in the Houston area. We usually play on the weekends he has asked us to make characters on this site. I'll know more once I told him about this post but, we're usually have 3 players now 2 due to the other working. Know this is dated thread still but curious what part of Houston you are in, i am in south east side and have been looking for some local groups to get back into playing.
I stay in Spring area, but play in the Sugarland/ stafford area at golem gate. 2 Saturday a month. If you want more info on that call me, but i was looking for another group to fill my other Saturday's

Felix Windfall(Human-V Lv.7 Rogue) killed in ToA, Vallan Houndstrider (Halfling Ghostwise Lv.1 Fighter) in DiAThe setting is unique homebrew, but could easily change to FR or Eberron if desired.

I host a group in the Katy areas for 5th Ed. Mostly new or returning members. Starting the ToA series at this time.
