I would be interested in joining an adventure/campaign. I am a (somewhat) experienced DM, and it would be my pleasure to run a short adventure/campaign. What starting level is preferred? If someone else wanted to DM, I have a character at the ready. I guess we are using DnD Beyond to play, or were you thinking of something else? I currently run Storm King's Thunder for a group of friends, but they are unavailable at the moment. As soon as they are available I will be entirely focused on that though and will have minimal time on my hands to do other DnD-stuff. If the adventure/campaign starts terribly close to about 7th of August, I won't be available.
If a group could be assembled quickly, I would be more than happy to play. I am exploding with ideas that will otherwise never be used for anything, and my DnD abstinence is getting out of hand.
Sorry I took so long to reply I’ll be fine with starting tomorrow and if you friends are fine with it I’ll play as long as is isn’t like midnight for me :)
I will be fine with starting tomorrow and I’ll be fine as being introduced as a new player as long as you don’t play at like midnight for me and there noob friendly (won’t get to angry if I’m an absolute Idiot at times)
I will just want to know what will be fine (basically what kind of game it is and want we will be doing) so that I can make my character accordingly :)
It's fine if you act stupid. Most of my players are not very familiar with the rules either. But for a quick perspective on the timeframe, what time is it were you live right now?
Oh, forgot to tell you. It will be a simple game that balances combat and RP. It takes you from level 1 to level 5. I could get my friends to join this online game, since they have available computers (These are the ones I am running Storm King's Thunder for, but one is currently not at home). If I can get them to join, choose whatever the heck you want, I don't care! If I am unable to I would prefer if you would make a character that can deal and take some damage (preferably a Paladin, Fighter, Barbarian or perhaps a Cleric so that you can heal yourself).
Ok but tip apparently the Cleric is super op so I will still be wizard but I’ll keep defense in mind or I could do Paladin and Wizard and pretty much be the teams healer/buffer :) that ok o and can I have some starting spells if
One of my friends seems interested. And as a fairly experienced DnD player I can say that the Cleric isn't that OP if you really think about it. At least not when used by people of lesser experience or people seeking RP rather than metagaming. But a Wizard seems nice. When you sent me the message regarding the time I checked the clock, and it said around 8 PM. So we are about 7 hours apart. That's a bit of a bummer but I'll see if I can go around it in some way. Would it be okay to have it around that exact time tomorrow or is that hard to schedule? I'll check with my friend.
Sorry for hyping you up. Apparently I am not available for the coming week. Got lots to do due to a family birthday, some friends that I promised to hang out with as well as school starting soon, and I have to finish an essay of sorts before the start. I hope you are not too let down by this and that you still will do okay.
Terribly sorry if I let you down. I'm apparently really busy this week, and with the different time zones it will be hard to manage. The week after that I will be preparing for Storm King's Thunder. I wish you luck and hope that you understand.
Cool and I would have replied earlier but I was asleep it would be 9 am for me so as long as it doesn’t it take a few months otherwise I’ll only be able to play on the weekends because for me school will start in September if it doesn’t get pushed back do to the pandemic

Hey I’m new and I’m looking for a noob friendly group I will probably be a wizard.

Which part of the world do you live in? I live in Sweden, so if you live somewhere far from there it might be hard to get a working schedule.
