DM hosting a group of adults who enjoy 5th Ed D&D (among other systems) with a dash of mixology seeking one or two adult players for weekly Saturday session. Currently running an astral campaign in a home-brew setting and would like additional players. Long time group, so lot's of "Remember That Time" stories that are occasionally traded at the table. Generally more role-play focused over strict combat, so concepts and backstories can be important elements in the game.
Please be friendly, socially adapted, and have a measure of hygiene (sorry to actually have to specify that last one).
We play on the westside, Albuquerque, NM (USA).

We are looking for an additional player (maybe two) in the Albuquerque, NM area for face to face tabletop gaming in a home-brew 5th edition setting. If this is an option for you, please let me know and we can meet and greet at an outdoor restaurant or other location to get to know one another and discuss the campaign, style, expectations, and requirements. Please let me know your availability this coming week. We game on the far west side, Saturday afternoon/evening, baring varied activities that sometimes do arise.
While I cannot guarantee a place at the table, our group is looking to include others and we hope to meet new and interesting individuals with whom to enjoy our gaming experience. Unfortunately we have had some not so pleasant applicants and as such take a cautious approach with new players. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hey, sorry I know this was posted a little over 3 weeks ago, but I am a new denizen of ABQ and have been looking for groups to join. It's been pretty difficult due to the pandemic and all and especially because I don't know that many people here yet. I've been playing D&D since 2012 ish and DMing since 2016 ish so I'd say I'm somewhat experienced lol. I've mostly played and DMd homebrew 5e games where roleplay, story and character interaction were the focus so I'm sure I'd have no issue acclimating to your group's playstyle. I understand if you don't have anymore space in this current game, but if you could keep me in mind for any future games, meetups or online games, I'd appreciate it. :)
While posted over three weeks ago, like all things in the current environment it is slow going to meet and greet with new individuals. Today is not a good day to meet, however if you are willing can we perhaps set a time this coming week to discuss the game face to face and get to know one another? Always glad to have those with experience and it my hope that you could be a potential fit. Long time group dynamic so I liked to know prospective players before we start making characters.
I'm available most evenings. Game is on the westside and we meet on Saturdays early afternoon to late (generally 6-8 hours) if that can work for you. Let me know if you are interested and we can work out details about where to meet and all that. Thank you for your interest!

Sure, at the moment my Sat Afternoons are free. My work schedule is a little chaotic right now so I'm not entirely sure when I am available otherwise to meet up in person, but we can discuss date, time etc. If your group has a discord or anything similar I could always message a bit on there if you're unsure of how the group will react to me or if you just want to get to know me before meeting in person. If nothing else, I'm honestly just excited to meet/talk to other nerds near me lol. :)
