Game style: After watching some D&D gameplay on YouTube (insert groans here) I'd really like to give it a go. Looking for a group that is patient and noob friendly. I would be starting from scratch but eager to learn and commit to a regular play session. Oh, male 34 if that's relevant to you.

This is the restart of a tried-and-true successful campaign, based on an old module of the 80s, Pharaoh-i3. The concept is to raise a newbie character up to L8, across a wide array of stimulating challenging situations within 160h of gameplay. Surviving characters will develop, evolve and mature up to accomplishing their wildiest dreams.
This is not for butterfly, soulmate seekers or one-shot mindset players; this is for committed, long term d&d serious players, embarking for the long haul.
A "quality" player brings good mood, positive attitude, is helpful and constructive. S/he plays "in character ", with background story and life goals. Looking for adventure means risking your life but also loot, powers, a feeling your decisions impact the world.
