FROLOIS: Online dnd community!

We are a friendly and welcoming community dedicated to playing D&D5e on Roll20. We are centered around one-shots and in-house campaigns that allow you to keep a persistent character from game to game.

• Group type: Online (Discord and Roll20).
• Location/Timezone: Primarily EST & western European timezones for those across the pond (although we welcome everyone!).
• Schedule: One-shots are played during a variety of times, though often evenings .
• Roles sought: DMs and Players.
• Game style: One-shots, Campaigns are also hosted by a variety of DMs, all based in our own homebrew setting. We are LGBT friendly and 18+. We have plenty of places to text RP while in between quests, and a friendly atmosphere to play DnD together!

The Premise

A storied continent full of strife and magic, Frolois holds many adventures and mysteries for you to explore. The vast forests and grasslands are home to knightly houses and ruins of civilizations lost. Werewolves, vampires, and other creatures of the night roam the land causing chaos in their wake. Tales of great heroes and kings past, relics of incredible power left behind as reminders of their deeds. This is just a new chapter in the story of Frolois, constantly being written and rewritten.

What secrets and mysteries lie buried with dead men, lost to time and memory? What horrors lie in wait around every dark corner and the whispers of the cold wind? Sharpen your sword, fly your banner, and pen your own chapter in the history of Frolois.

Tell us something neat: In my last group we were on a quest to save the Baron’s daughter from some evil dudes( to put it plainly) and after finding her we found out she was a wizard and needed her spellbook, which was held in a tower. The tower also housed a sleeping giant bat. Our rogue rolled a natural 20 for stealth and snuck right up to the chest which was only about 20ft from the door. After opening it, he just held the items in the air and with mage hand I scooped them up. We looted the whole room this way and never woke up the bat, used feather fall to slow fall back to our mounts outside from the tower and bailed. The DM had to end the session early hahaha!
