I also have a newbie friendly campaign that is going into session 3 this weekend. It's Tomb of Annihilation and characters in game are Level 3 but haven't really started exploring yet. They are in the port city getting ready however.
We play on Sunday's at 12:00pm MST or MDT depending on time of year. I host in Fantasy Grounds (formerly Foundry VTT)
