Looking for a group to play my first game of DnD with

During quarantine, I've become totally addicted to watching Critical Role. Like, watch all of Vox Machina and 45 episodes of Mighty Nein kind of addicted. So even though I've never played, it's not exactly accurate to say that I don't understand the game. Anyway, I have a handbook, I've made a monk character but am open to making any kind of character that my party would need.
