Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: New (played 2 games, I know the basics) Location/Timezone: Portugal (UTC-1 or UTC -- UK Time) Availability: Any day, any reasonable time (prefers every week or two weeks) Preferred role: Player Game style: I am really interested in the Curse of Strahd gothic style and supernatural world, I would love to play this campaign one day. I have done one-shot beginner campaigns through discord groups and have DMed a bit myself using the Starting Set.
I'm trying to gather interest level about hosting, as a dm since 1984, such wonderful adventure but i'd need somebody to purchase it for me on roll20 or dndbeyond i suppose.
For the last month I’ve been reading and exploring curse of strahd! I’ve got a great handle on the story and I am a pretty well seasoned DM. I’d love to DM this story for a group. The only problem being, i work most evenings and my only days off are weekdays. If there was anyway to work that into game times I’d be happy to DM a group for you.

What day/time would you want to run it? I own it both on DNDBeyond and Roll20 and can share the content with you.

For me I think it can work. Please, let us know a good day and time for you and how many players can play.

This is also great! Whoever can run the game please let us know days and times and the number of players.
I would love to join please! I’m DMing Lost Mine of Phandelver and in a game for Dragon of Icespire Peak. but I’ve always wanted to play curse of strahd!
Like Zachary, I'm also very busy. I dm every weekday, yes, 5 times a week. And some sessions last for 6h! But sometimes i have only 1 player showing up, so that would be the session to scrap and convert into CoS. So, I propose to start slow, PbP, play by post. Preparing characters, backstory, linking them to the campaign. Sooner or later, one of my campaigns will end, i will make it end or the players will escape. There must be a limit to what a player can endure; some lose 2 characters in a session... but they keep coming back; some give up at the first death, gone. What kind of players are you? Who will commit to 140h of gameplay? What resilience, motivation do you have? Then with time, i'll open up some time slots, one way or another. This is the #1 adventure; I dm it since 1984, the day of my enlightenment to the world of d&d. I will make it work. In the meantime, I propose to co-DM with Zachary or to do it all alone, PbP. I will want to commit once a week for 4 hours or a bit more per session that's the kind of player I am. What do we use to communicate?
If it's going to be Play by post I'm not interested sorry guys. If we can come up with something that's played over discord using Roll20 as the VTT I'll be happy to share my content and play.

Mhm, I don't really mind pbp but it is rather limiting and exhausting compared to just speaking over call...
I agree, but that's all i can do, currently. Without the electronic version, seeing how quickly people give up, i don't think this project is viable, from my point of view.
You would have both Roll20 and the DNDBeyond version. I have both and would share them. "I actually have 100% of the content on both DNDBeyond and Roll20"
Well I would prefer Roll20 + DnD Beyond, I thought that playing by post would be only in the beginning. I think it's up to Zachary to decide if he can DM during a day and time you are all happy with.

i would love to join and have fun with you, if youre willing to play with a person who is fairly new to dnd :)
No problem at all, I am fairly new as well. We just need a willing Dungeon Master xD

If you’re running a game I’d be happy to play as well. Just have to know days and times
