Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Experience: Amateur DM, logged 51 total hours so far as DM for beginner group using LMOP. Time zone: EST Schedule: 18:00-21:00 Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays Roles sought: Currently a DM and want to be a player (will stand in for a new group if current DM needs help) Game style: I love Critical Role and have watched the entire first campaign and working through the second, halfway! I enjoy role play and fleshing out characters and backstories. Role play is fun but when I run my other game I don't force it. I don't want the Matt Mercer effect. I also like getting into combat and trying to find tactics and ways to defend allies and ruin enemies plans. I have many characters I want to try out and had to throw a few into my other campaign in order to just get a little bit of feel for how they would perform. My current campaign is split between two time zones and can only play every other week on Fridays starting at 21:00. There are a lot of cancelations and things don't move quickly. I like lore and RAW content but I cringe when things just don't seem to make sense. I lose interest and get frustrated when things just happen because players want to always succeed, that isn't how the game works. I love to fail in D&D and find out how to prevail when that happens. I played a one-shot as a player and found that I enjoy DM'ing and playing equally and would like to have chance at being a regular player. I currently use Roll20 and am very proficient with using it. I do not have a webcam for my PC, we have been using my phone for hangouts so that may be a thing to deal with. I make maps with Arkenforge and have at least 3 worlds/campaigns that I have ready if I ever get a chance to really run a good campaign. Ask me anything if you think I could be a benefit to your group or game, I am an open book. [ within reason of course, come on ;) ]
