Lightning splits the clouds overhead, casting stark white light across him. Strahd turns to the sky, revealing the angular muscles of his face and hands. He has a look of power—and of madness. His once handsome face is contorted by a tragedy darker than the night itself.
Rumbling thunder pounds the castle spires. The winds howling increases as Strahd turns his gaze back to the village. Far below, yet not beyond his ken, a party of adventurers has just entered his domain. Strahd’s face forms a twisted smile as his dark plan unfolds. He knew they were coming, and he knows why they have come all according to his plan. He, the master of Ravenloft, will attend to them.
Another lightning flash rips through the darkness, its thunder echoing through the castle is towers. But Strahd is gone. Only the howling of the wind—or perhaps a lone wolf—fills the midnight air. The master of Ravenloft is having guests for dinner. And you are invited.
This adventure will take us into the mist engulfed lands of Barovia, based on the Curse of Strahd module for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition. Weekly sessions will run 4 hours each, beginning at 8:00PM GMT+1, each Thursday of the week. The adventure is meant to take players from level 1 to level 11, but with added homebrew content I expect the players to reach level 13-14 at least before the end of the campaign.
Note:Players are level 6 currently.

Howdy! My name is Zlatan, and I have been playing D&D for more than 25 years on and off, and DMing took a big chunk of that time. Roll20 was a new concept for me, having been raised playing old school eye-to-eye D&D, but I've learned to like all the advantages online play provides. What to Expect From your DM:
• You can expect a fully invested and experienced DM, with years of creating worlds, dungeons and monsters under my belt; • Special attention to characters: I want to know everything about your characters, so I will be keeping track of your backstories, and all the little changes your characters go through as the campaign progresses. I will then create homebrew content that will be especially focused on player characters and incorporate that into the game, in order to make this a story about your characters too! • 24/7 assistance: I will be open to your suggestions, critiques, praises and questions at all times! You can express all your ideas via PM at any time, and I will respond at my earliest convenience. • Teamwork! I am not the tyrant type of DM with the credo „My table, my rules, my way or the highway!“. I believe we can all work together to make this a hell of a fun ride for all of us, and I will sometimes bend the rules, if needed to make our gaming experience better. • I will constantly invest in Roll20 and Discord additional content, to make and keep this a premium experience for my players.
Character Building Information
• Characters start at level 6. • Ability scores are selected using 27 Point Buy or Standard Array of 15,14,13,12,10,8 (for details on these methods, refer to your Player's Handbook), or Stat Roll (4d6, drop lowest). • Standard starting equipment that comes with your class and background. • Any WoTC released material is acceptable, including Unearthed Arcana that is not superseded by official release. Use of homebrew races/class/subclass will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
