looking for one more player

hello lads, im looking for one more player to fill out our player spots. Games times are Saturday 11am to 3-4 est. 
This will be a 'open-world' game confined to a city. players can do whatever the hell they want, like starting up a local tavern, joining the city guard.... starting the blackmarket... you know, the usual. 
Also for reference, Anything to do with the arcane has been outlawed in this city. So Wizards, sorcerers and magic items (enchanted), but that doesn't stop players from playing the class, just be careful with what you do.
