First and foremost we're looking for a free option. Being brand new and paying to play really ruins the spirit of the game for us. We're here to build relationships and have a good time.
We need a DM and are looking for at least 2 other players for the group, but also how many total players will be left to the discretion of the DM.
Game: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Online / Voice / Roll20 or another source but not required Experience: New Location/Timezone: EST -4 Availability: Once a week, any day except Saturday, Evenings. Aiming for a Thursday or Sunday starting around 8-9pm EST. (We can work out an official timeslot with the entire group) Preferred role: DM and Players Game style: Casual with a good story, good RP elements, and combat. Long term. 18+
My friend and I have minimal DnD experience, but are extremely eager to play. This is something we have talked about for a long time are really trying to push and make it happen. We are looking for a DM, and other players who are willing to help teach us the ropes, or learn along with us. We're pretty open on whether the campaign is homebrewed or not, as long as it feels/stays pretty traditional.
Hello Gawst! I am currently searching for a group to run a high fantasy world with original lore and story! If you are interested, feel free to message me!
I know you said you're looking for a free option and that's cool and all, but I'll still toss my hat into the ring for you.
My campaign is a one-time fee of $10.00 per player. It will span multiple months, and take your characters from level 1 to around 11 or 12 depending on how deep the group gets into side quests. We use a boosted discord server for better audio, and my campaign NPC's are all fully fleshed out and voice acted "sometimes poorly because I'm no Matt Mercer".
My tables are 5 player tables and the games last 4 hours long. We have a Friday game starting at 10:30pm, we are looking to fill the last 2 slots.
Consider the fact that I'm paying $10.00 a month for a roll20 pro account and $7.00 a month for a DNDBeyond master tier account, and sharing over $700.00 worth of books to the players who join my campaign. So for just a flat fee of $10.00 "Not $10.00 a week or $10.00 a month" you're getting everything listed above, and the ten bucks I'm asking for is simply to help offset the cost of running the game for the players. I in no way shape or form make money by running these games. Below is the breakdown of the campaign.
Game: D&D5e Campaign: Phandalin Adventures - it is a mix of both Lost Mine of Phandelver and Dragon of Icespire Peak and the 3 expansion books all bundled up into 1 adventure with some a large re-write to make the adventure flow much smoother than originally written.
The adventure will take you and your group from levels 1-11 or 12 and unlike the game as written, it is a very open world and a sandbox-style of play that lets players dig into the character backgrounds, backstory, and focuses on not only plot development but character development as well. I have well over 200 hours of writing done on top of what is already supplied by the original campaigns and have over 2000 hours of playtesting done as a DM on the campaign as a whole. "I've run it multiple times".
If you're interested provide your discord and we can talk more. Since we just need to fill 2 more slots and you come as a package deal, I'll even go as far as $10.00 total for the both of you.
