I’ve seen a lot of totally new players here and as I am one myself, I thought we’d get together and try a casual session of online D&D playing to get familiar with the systems, as well as the mechanics/basic rules of the game.
I’m not an expert of the rules of the game, but I’ve whipped up some kind of a mansion exploration scenario in Roll20 where we could, as a group of 3-6 players (observers welcome to lurk in addition), run through various events and see how to resolve them using D&D mechanics.
This is essentially noobs helping noobs learn, but experienced DMs/players are much welcome. I just thought us new players will get to play faster if we do some of the work ourselves and don’t leave it to the experienced community to teach us everything.
This is not an actual D&D session, so now XP or levels will be earned. The session won’t even run correctly, I’ll assure that, but lets have fun with the chaos and try to learn what we can :D
Basically a one shot session for noobs, lowest threshold of entry possible!
Note that we'll be improvising the session a lot, so open minds and tons of patience are required. It will be more reading rules together along with some playing than an actual, coherent session.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: New Location/Timezone: Tuesday 29.12.2020 at 8:00 PM GMT +2, Europe. (https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/9428837) Availability: One shot scenario Preferred role: DM / Player both welcome. Game style: Casual

Apparently the Roll20 link already broke, so don't mind that. I'll send you a working link closer to the session on Discord, so just add me there.
