Brand new, REALLY EXCITED, learn fast, pls help?

Hello! I have been wanting to play this game for a while, but really had no idea where to start. I was recommended to this site as a great alternative to in person groups.

I am pretty green with this game, but I listen to a couple DnD podcasts and DnD youtube channels, so I am not clueless, just brand new. I am looking for a group that doesn't mind a lending a helping hand or a tip to the newbie. I learn fast, I will play regularly and on time, and I will take your groups rules and dynamics seriously.
