We're full for now, I'm sorry! Hope you'll find a great DM!
Game: D&D 5e - Lost Mines of Phandelver Module Group type: Online Experience: Everyone Welcome, as long as you're willing! Timezone: GMT+1 Schedule: Saturday/Sunday Evening, specific hours to decide with players Roles sought: 2 - 3 players. Game style: I like roleplay heavy games with heavily impacting choices and where combat is a tool for storytelling and not just fodder between story beats, so, for example, I may speed up some story irrelevant battle scenarios to give more space to roleplay and the actually important battles. Also, I like to slightly homebrew the adventures I run, to tweak difficulty based on the tone and needs of the table (some adventures are more structured as dungeon delves without mercy, not exactly a one size fits all), to avoid the tedium of repetition for myself and those who already ran a specific module and to accommodate the players' creativity to a certain extent.
I also would like to run other modules after the end of this one if the group sticks together well, my favourite modules would be Waterdeep: Dragonheist, Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus, or even something homebrew or based on Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, but that would require quite a bit more time to prepare, obviously that will be decided together by the group after the end of Lost Mines of Phandelver.
It should be without saying but at the table no form of real-world discrimination will be permitted, and if someone decides to roll a character with some bigotry issues, that has to be decided with the whole group to avoid uncomfortableness for anyone participating.
As far as character creation goes I'm really open to anything as long as it has a backstory and personality and is not some kind of munchkin monstrosity, also, PLEASE talk to me when creating your character, I can help you if you have any doubt, suggest ways to integrate your story with the setting and adventure better and to create a cohesive and strongly interconnected party of adventurers. I also personally really love to collaborate with my players to create their characters! But it's also fine if you have a concept of your own and just want me to check for viability and then drop it in as-is! What's more fun for you is more fun for the whole table!
We're full for now, I'm sorry! Hope you'll find a great DM! To join the group contact me here in this thread, via DM here on the D&D Beyond Forums, or on Discord at radleynn#1791
