If you're still interested in learning to play DnD, I have a Westmarch campaign (which is a campaign that is a series of smaller adventurers with different adventurers heading out to accomplish jobs for an order of Knights). There is a major plot, but it can be pursued by many or few.
We welcome newbies and we usually run Rules as Written (RAW) or Rules as Implied (RAI) so it's a good place to pick up DnD tips and have a great time with great people.
