Depends on the group.
Probably would need to make an account for a Virtual Tabletop (Roll20) or purchase one(Foundry is the one my group uses).
Probably need to make an account for Discord or some others Audio/Video chat service. We've used Google Hangout, Zoom and Jitsi.
