Daerryl flops into his seat. “I think I’d like to have a look around town, tomorrow. See about healing potions, some more sophisticated weapons, more protective armor. Who knows, maybe someone’s got something special around here. Or at least someone willing to take these trinkets off our hands.”
"Sounds good Daerryl, I can join you if you like, it would be interesting to have a tour of this quaint village and maybe I could be of assistance should there be any discussions over the worth of our treasures." Selene smiles to the gnome.
Raadox looks at Kiori. "Indeed. I still plan to go back in and search for my amulet. After all, I think Miss Selene still wants to return and seek out this Outcast. I feel I should try and help her in that quest too."
"Yes I definitely do Raadox, in fact I think we all have unfinished business in that citadel, but no hurry, it will be there waiting for us when we are ready to go back."
"You are right" Kiori agrees while drinking his beer "the citadel is not going anywhere. If we are spending time here I would buy a crowbar, there were too many locked doors that we didn't try to open. And I need to get some rope to replace the one that I left around those goblins." He finishes with a smile.
"Ahem, yes about those goblins." Selene just realizes the goblins were left tied up to a pole outside the Inn. "Innkeeper we also have some prisoners, goblins trying to kill us while we were peacefully investigating that citadel. Also they had stolen that very nasty dragon I told you about. We would like to turn them over to the proper authorities as soon as possible."
