This is bad. “Birdie” thinks to himself. Three thuds and both Captains have been hit. Situational awareness. No cover anywhere in sight, short of the panicked and scrambling crowd. This is real bad. Too far for any retaliation except range, and a misfire could injure an innocent. He can’t even decipher how many targets there are, 1 robed and 1 armored, 2 and 1, 2 and 2 …? This is really, really bad. What’s wrong with me?

Gianna moves 35 feet towards the robed figure dodging through the crowd, and removes her gloves. She shouts "Ugly assassins! They are being evil users of magic!!"

The crowd disperses in fear, emptying the street in mere seconds.

Tuna is up.

Tuna will pull out his short bow and take a shot at the robed figure. He will use his reaction from skirmisher to move away if the armored guy gets too close.

The hooded figure speaks, while pulling the arrow from his chest.

"I am here for the two cores. Hand them over and perhaps you will be spared from further pain. Otherwise, I'll be plucking them from your battered ashes."

With that, a cone of flames erupts from his hands, engulfing all of you and setting the surrounding buildings ablaze.

Unless someone uses counterspell, everyone must make a DC 14 CON save or take 41 fire damage, or 13 damage on a successful save.

Robin is up.

As soon as the flames begin to emanate from the robed figure’s hands, “”Birdie”s trigger goes off.

Robin then casts tasha's mind whip targetting the one who just tossed fire at the group.
DC 15 Int save for half and no other affects, or take 3 damage and suffer the other affects of the spell.

A red glow appears in the helmet of the armored figure, who then rushes to defend its comrade. It lunges at Robin, haphazardly swinging its fists.
