Puts together some tube-shaped contraption and hits one end of it hard, and a red blast shoots out the other.

the aasimar quickly runs over and scoops up his pouch

Cassandra scoops up the pouch and brings it back to the Aasimar.  “Captain Cassandra of The Temptress, at yer service” She exclaims, presenting the pouch.

”That’s the second time that one”!(here pointing at the theif)” steals from our friends.   Now ‘eel be ok- can anyone here vouch for him and take him to sober up- or are ye willin to let im rot here?”

He looks bashful, and says "Forgive me, but i have not heard of this Crimson empire, perhaps you might fill me in?"

Ceesh walks over and gives the thief a small kick to make sure he’s out. Once sure he says to the onlooking crowd;

“Oh the man stole but I shoot him with a ball of fire and suddenly I’m the criminal? Move along!”

The crowd goes on their way. Street fights are common here, and as long as nobody is killed, few people care.

 She smiles, and says to you quietly.  “ye must really not be from around ‘ere- not surprisin considering yer heritage.   Well if ye be a good man, and I be thinkin ye are- then yer on our side .  Now I can’t say too much cause who knows who’s listening- but to sum up the Crimsons are the most vile, evil, despicable rulers in history and we seek to bring them to justice and expose them to the light.  Seems like a  noble enough cause for ye right?”
