Things had devolved into chaos rather quickly, and Herrena continued to be as lost as ever. One minute, she was fast asleep, the next, she was hiding in the brush with her party and three strangers who had apparently stumbled out of the woods just minutes before. And now, weapons were drawn on all sides and it was more than a little unclear what side to join and who might’ve been in the right (if any side was).
Remembering a particular adventure of Barde the Bard and how he had managed to stop an 100-year war with just his words, Herrena left her hiding spot and joined the fray. Dodging and weaving through the skirmish to get to a central point (OOC: in-between the larger group of Imperial Soldiers and Wilderlings if possible; if not then adjacent to them), Herrena held up her hands in an attempt to halt everyone momentarily. “Whoa, Whoa, Whoa!! Everybody needs to take a breath and calm down. Why don’t we all back up, lower our weapons and try and talk this through before someone does something they might regret…”
Malon's arms are shaking as he had kept his arrow nocked for a couple of seconds. The Wilderlings and the Imperium soldiers going at each other, one of the Wilderling casting a spell ... and he watched in disbelief the people they had just met either joining either side or still trying to stop the fight. Unsurprisingly, Alabaster had joined the Wilderlings.
His heart beating harder and harder, he has to come up with a decision. Fast.
Even from here, he could feel Thea's hatred and anger at the Imperium. He feels a rush of sympathy as she at that moment reminds him of someone else, someone who had always took great care of him. Well, if you forget the magic she is currently unleashing at the Imperium soliders.
"Steps like the wind ..." he mutters as a light breeze engulfs him, making the movement of his feet swift and nimble.
Taking a deep breath, he aims. Dear sister, be proud of me, he thinks as he releases the arrow towards one of the Imperium soldiers.
I don't know if Malon was still hidden, just in case I will make the attack roll twice and let you judge whether he has advantage or not.

(Using the fully rerolled set of rolls, @Iver) Iver lunges forth, slicing thrice at the snarling Gaz - causing three bloodied gashes to erupt over the Wood Elf's skin. Gaz grunts in surprise, though his rage seems to fuel him onwards.
(@Thea, your damage roll is showing up as INVALID for me, so I'm rerolling it here: 9) Thea unleashes a spell as the gravity seems to compress in an area containing four Imperial guards - they each unleash crumpled screams as they attempt to stand against the impact. Con saves - 12, 18, 19, 11
Alabaster rushes forth, and with a single, powerful blow, slices a shocked Imperial soldier from the neck to the opposite hip - the yellow-plated soldier releases a final, gurgled scream as he immediately falls to the ground.
Gaz spits out a tooth and flashes a bloodied grin in Herrena's direction, yelling; "Too late for that, and slaughtering these Imperials is something I'd never regret!" It appears Herrena's words, unfortunately, have little effect on the situation.
Malon releases his breath and lets an arrow fly - piercing directly into the breastplate of another Imperial soldier.
Thea's spell causes a low, vibrating sound to ring through the air - a sinkhole of gravity appears midair, sending two unwary Imperials into the mix; bones and armor crunch alike as they fall. Two more Imperial soldiers, however, steel themselves and weather the blow much better than the other two, blood streaming from their eyes and ears.
Alabaster's strike decimates Soldier6.
The General quickly realizes the situation has changed for the worse for the Imperials - drawing a longsword, he yells and makes two swipes; one against Alabaster, the other against Gaz. Attack (Alabaster): 18 Damage: 11 Attack (Gaz): 25 Damage: 6
Three soldiers let out cries of pain as flames scorch their bodies. Unable to evade the blow, the three soldier's screams mix with the sound of sizzling flesh as their heated metal armor cooks them from the inside.
Nico steps forth, letting loose three strikes against the Imperial general - two of which collide painfully with golden-plated armor, though the third manages to strike the Imperial's jaw!
Gaz spits on the ground and flashes a bloodied grin towards Iver. "Get lost, Halfling, and don't get in my way again." Gaz tenses his body and drives a shoulder into Iver's side before whirling around and picking up a spear.
Shove check against Iver (contested Athletics or Acrobatics check): 10 - on a fail, Iver is pushed 5' away. On a success, Iver may AOO if he chooses. Spear Attack (General): 23 Damage: 8

Iver just barely manages twist away from Gaz's large shoulder, but he does, and this gives him a breach into the man's defences, which he tries to take an advantage of.
Hit or miss, Iver is slightly confused. He's beeing attacked by both sides, and each of them sounds worse with each moment that passes. Murderers, they all sound like murderers. Playing with people's lives as if they mean nothing.
Either way, he has a target now. Once Gaz is down, he will have a moment to truly ponder this. If not everyone are dead by then anyway. Running after him, he slashes both his swords at Gaz once more.
After watching her spell take effect, Thea looks over to the Imperials leader. "Are you truly ignorant enough to doom your people for this pathetic power-play? I did not come here to fight." Remaining in place, she then scans the messy battlefield for the unfortunate soldier being closest to her and resumes casting.
Action: casting Mind Sliver at the soldier with the shortest distance to her, preferably one not affected by her previous spell
After failing to shove Iver aside and earning several slashes for it, Gaz lets out a feral growl and whirls on the halfling, a nasty sneer on his face. "You're really starting to piss me off, Halfling. You better scram before I'm done stringing these Imperials up!"
Soldier9 Intelligence save: 18 "If you're not here to fight, get out of here and stop interfering!" the captain desperately shouts as he attempts to fend off the raging Gaz. Thea unleashes a curse with intentions of whittling away a guard's mind, but unfortunately the soldier's focus seems unaffected.

Alabaster feels a chill in his chest as blood seeped from the slash wound, pain tingling his nerves. He sees Malon's arrow shoot out of the bush with unerring precision at a Imperial solider, with his usual impeccable aim. He laughs, "You better watch out for my friend!" and continues his attacks on the imperial soliders.
(Can we answer between turns? If not, ignore this for the moment, but Iver would most likely say the same during his next turn.)
"It seems to me like you're one who kills others simply on a whim, or based on the origin of their blood. Of all reasons one could have to kill another, this one might be the one I detest the most. Surrender and face a fair trial, or die to my blades." His voice is not devoid of emotion, but it is rather calm. He sounds true to his words, but maybe not exactly convincing. Similar to how one might speak when stating a simple fact, such as "Halflings are generally shorter than Humans."
Gaz spits out a tooth and flashes a bloodied grin in Herrena's direction, yelling; "Too late for that, and slaughtering these Imperials is something I'd never regret!" It appears Herrena's words, unfortunately, have little effect on the situation.
Herrena stared at Gaz, rather horrified by what he had just said. Before she could give a response, the Imperial soldiers charged in her general direction. Managing to just dodge out of the way of one of their spears, Herrena took her swords and attempted knock the man unconscious for their own good and safety.
(If she was successful), Herrena took a moment to look at the mess around her, trying to find a way to end the fighting. Seeing how the man Gaz acted (and Iver also hot on his tail), she turned and moved towards the Imperial General, hoping to convince him to put down their arms.

Malon moves to get in range of the Captain. Perhaps if he manages to hurt him hard enough, the fight may end without too many casualties. Biting his lips trying to keep focused, he releashes the full extent of his spell; when he nocks an arrow, the small whirlwinds having accompanied him so far seem to transmit to it as he releases the shot on the Imperium Captain. As he does this, he gets into his mind with telepathy without giving him the possibility to reply.
"This is a lost fight. Don't make your men die in vain."
The force of it seems to animate the young man with unnatural speed, allowing him to reposition away from the soldiers, as even that bold move is not enough for him to totally supress his fear.
