(Man I put the girls to bed and my people are all going at each other. If your going to make up a drinking game that you'll likely have an advantage in you should consider at least making clear rules first. Anyway, help does not affect saving throws. If you were making a constitution check (which is how I would approach a drinking game) I still would not allow help for an advantage on the check. If you chose to make a contest of skill after the drink to gauge your resistance (ie. Beer pong) you could receive help on that check, though wether or not it would be permitted in the game would be up to your characters. (Again I wouldn't take that approach.) As for what happens. I have no part in it.)
... takes the toy, shooting at the smallest target.
11-3, 5-3, 19-3, 13-3
Raebite, you don't managed to hit the target. It youd like to stick to it you will succeed after spending 1d20+4-3 (attack bonus) gold (note you arent proficient with crossbows)
(Note: this occurred at the fair the night before your match after you ruined/saved the puppet show.)
Nara, Morthos, Daisy turns back to glance at you with a finger to her lips as she starts skulking near the edge of the swamp a pungent acrid smell of decay permeates the air. "It's been two days, he's looking for a lair, but he can't stay here."
She taps her staff on the ground and it glows with a faint light as sharp barbs sprout along its length. She shifts back into a cat and moves ahead. (Stealth with Guidance: (1)9)... She sneezes from the smell.
See, I was thinking more along the lines of 15 ;-)
Looking at my DM Guide rn, there aren't any poisons here that require a DC 20, I doubt that a drink could be that strong, lol. DC 15 protects from Wyvern Poison, a 7d6 (average 24.5 damage)
(Strongest poison listed is Purple Worm Poison it has a DC 19 and deals 42 (12d6) damage if it isn't resisted and half as much if it is. I just think 20 is too high.
Ether, on the other hand, has a DC 15 and knocks you out if you fail, I think that's closer to the effects of a very stiff drink)
Nara, Morthos, something big is splashing toward you, the element of surprise is apparently lost. Daisy freezes for a moment she will fight or fly but she'll do neither alone.
After procuring a room, Sha'kar goes to it and locks the door behind him, then sets up to perform a ritual, with the brazier in the middle of a circle laid out on the floor. Over the next 70 minutes, he chants and feeds the charcoal, incense, and herbs he had purchased into the flames of the brazier. Finally, as the ritual finishes, the flames in the brazier flare up, so bright as to be almost blinding, then vanish. As the brilliant light fades, Sha'kar sees an owl hovering above the brazier. He holds out a hand and the fey creature and the owl glides down and lands on his wrist. "Thank you for answering my call," Sha'kar whispers. He stands and stretches, then dismisses the owl again for the time being while he heads down and finds a seat at the bar, ordering an ale.
Morthos, Daisy is a Tiger again, trying to keep quiet. However between the two girls sneezing, stubbing their toes and honking heads. They have been detected.
Sha'kar you arrive at your room. It is very spacious but not very fancy. There is plenty of room for all of the other bunks and lockers many of which are currently occupied. You find a storage closet and are able to bar the door while you perform your ritual.
(Unless you went to an inn in town, which you are welcome to, of course.)
(I think it would be harder to get drunk. But a bat's leathery wing? no.)
