Ursula runs up to the Krampus and attacks him with vengeance. Bringing up her yklwa, now adorned with the new Stone of Serenity, she thrusts it forward
Attack: 25 Damage: 9
Attack: 25 Damage: 7
Then goes to clock him with her fist
Attack: 26 Damage: 7
Using a charge on the stone, she misty steps back 30'
Xal sprints towards the Krampus and as he moves his form shifts and he starts to change. He utilises the power of his Glowing Red Nose and transforms mid stride into a Giant Elk, continuing his charge towards the Krampus aiming to catch it between himself and an ally with a ram from 10ft away.
Bonus Action: Wild Shape into Giant Elk using Glowing Red Nose Action: Ram attack with Charge, ensuring he hits the Krampus opposite an ally to get Advantage with Elven Accuracy: 19 Damage: 21 - Extra to hit roll for Elven Accuracy Roll 19 - DC14 Str save or knocked prone.
Charge. If the elk moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Ram. Melee Weapon Attack:+6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Nimble darts in at the Krampus, taking advantage of the distraction provided by the charging elk and the summoned wolves, to launch his attack. He plunges his rapier, now adorned with the Wrap of Radiance, into the flank of the creature.
Attack: 20 Damage: 9piercing damage plus 3 cold damage.
Nimble expends a charge of the wrap for an additional 1 radiant damage and surrounds the Krampus with a bright light, giving advantage on the next attack. After the attack he disengages and moves 15 feet back out of the reach of the creature, readying for another strike.
Sneak attack (assuming elk and the others are within range to trigger it) 11
The Krampus howls as Nimble jabs him. Whirling, he looks to vent his ire on the little fellow, but Nimble darts back before the Krampus can take a swipe.
((I'm fine with having them do that, looks like Heremeus hasn't been on in half a month either, so Elafir can be botted too. Since we've got 3 active and 3 inactive, how about you guys make the calls for them? Could just clump by initiative? Ursula + Elafir, Xal + Laala , Dimble+ Nimble??))

It's dodgy for a bit, many of you coming close to falling, but you continue harrying the Krampus, and though it hits hard, and its cold bites deep, you manage to drop it, despite the warlock appearing and disappearing to pepper you with spells. As the demon Krampus falls, its form begins pulling in on itself, imploding back to its prison dimension. The warlock, seeing his plans come to ruination, attempts to get away, throwing up a pattern that distracts and enthralls some of you before stepping through a doorway that opens near the stairs, where they attempt to flee.
Those of you not affected give chase, the final blow being struck on the stairs and the warlock's body tumbling to land heavily on the floor below, a purple gem rolling from the pocket of his robes.
Those of you affected by the spell startle to alertness with his death, and in that same moment, the chains binding the Winter Father sunder and scatter across the floor. He's been drained, but still regains his might, and is able to provide spot healing or revival for any of you who fell in the battle. He thanks you with a booming laugh, and you all descend below, collecting the warlock's gem as you do. His wife runs to hug him, thanking you all for saving him and the entire realm. The other prisoners stand in awe, but he ushers you all down the tower to the base, where he gives a piercing whistle.
Shortly a team of flying reindeer pulling a sleigh spiral down from the sky, landing outside the tower. You all board and it takes off, gliding over the dangers of the Yule Wood to land in the village outside his workshop. You see Thomas and other Toymakers tending to some of their fellows who are bedraggled and dirty... the Toymakers that had been turned by the warlock have regained their minds.
Hasty preparations are made, repairs are made, decorations festooning the village as you are the guests of honor at a joyous, though tempered by sadness at the losses incurred, Midwinter Feast. A fine time is had by all, toasts are made, stories are told, songs are sung, and you all bed down, full, warm, and tired.
The following day, the Winter Father asks to speak with you, thanking you all once again, and extending an offer to remain as Artisans in Residence at his village for as long as you wish. You'd be provided with a workshop and free access to all the materials you need to pursue your craft, with no obligation to turn your hands to making toys if you don't want to, though he hopes you'd consider taking some of his Toymakers on as apprentices so they can learn from you.
Some of you take him up on the offer, others are tempted, but wish to return to wider world, but wherever your travels take you next, the tale of your bravery in saving Midwinter is told through the generations of Toymakers, and even makes it to other towns and villages, where its told and recounted during the deepest, coldest parts of winter.
The End.
