Fargen sets Moradin’s spiritual hammer upon #4 and calls down another sacred flame. “Fall to your death or flee, it matters not. But you feeding time is over.”
OOC: If it's just the one attack, then he'll use Arcane deflect to add +2 to his AC to turn the claw attack into a miss thanks to the Bane debuff.
Nobody practically hissed out the word of arcane potential as he threw up a hand, creating for just an instance a ward of magic. Although doing so left him unsteady in the saddled, such discomfort only slowed him for a second, before he'd then eventually draw forth his dagger and plunged it into the Perton as it drew in to attack once more. Even after pulling back the blade black flames continued for a second to scorch the wound, summoned forth as they were using blade and blood as a catalyst within the brief window affording the tiefling.
Action: Casting Black Flame Blade with Everybody, and striking the remaining Peryton. To Hit: 26 For: 9 non-magical piercing and 7 fire Damage.
Fargen spurs his horse to close the distance to Nobody and the remaining eagle-stage. The glowing hammer floats toward it and attacks. Moradin's flame immediately follows, "It does not flee, so we end this now."
Kissa simply ran and hid under a tree, confident the more martial among her new friends could take care of it and being unable to harm the thing unless it attacked her again.
As the last one fell Kissa moved over to it to begin dressing the carcass......she wasn't sure if they were palatable, being carnivores, but at the very least she could get herself some interesting feathers, antlers and claws for decorations.
Fargen looks to his companions, "Who's hurt?" He sees Kissa's wounds, "Let's close some of these up first, eh?" He touches Kissa to cure wounds for 13 hps. He then follows Thufir to find the other wounded.

The creature has the body of a giant eagle with dark green feathers. Its head, however, is covered in blue-black hair and is roughly the shape of a deer's. Its maw is full of jagged fangs, and its talons are as sharp as razors. On the top of its head is a set of extremely sharp and strong antlers, which are as hard as steel and jet black in color [a male had light blue chest feathers, while a female's were pale brown]. It eyes glow with an orange-red color. Its strangest feature is that its shadow appears humanoid rather than reflecting the creature's physical form.
Bissfully unaware and unless called to for assistance, Nobody otherwise busily cleans of his dagger and grumbled to himself before eventually sheathing the blade. He'd then, if but for show, lets out a short, sharp whistle to call Yanda back to his side. But while the flying monkey is doing such, the dead nearby is given one last once over. "W-what a waste.. I-I should've invested in some harvesting tools." He quietly groused.
But as there was not much use crying over spilled milk, he next looks to his allies to give one last once over, and in seeing them relatively well, he urges his mout to stroll back to his employers. "W-well that was a bit exciting, huh?" He'd say to the dwarves, or he would assuming they hadn't run off to the nearby wildnerness when noone was look at them.

Out of combat, Thufir and Fargen hear a moaning of pain in a nearby briar patch.

Thufir looks back towards the cultists to see what they’re doing this, whipping blood from his blade.

A mans voice comes from the same briar patch, mentioned above, maybe the man who was dropped earlier by a peryton "Help me" sounding weak.
The cultist are way back in the back, during the battle, they stayed back in the back. Some crossbows can be seen, but not pointed at anyone.
