(ooc: could we get a brief description of what exactly is happening, I'm guessing a barfight? also how big is the room we're in and what are the entrances/exits?)
It's too late to figure out how it started. Anyway, dwarves, elves, humans and halflings are being pushed around, knocking over tables and chairs(the people at the tables quickly end up attacking the guy who knocked over their drinks, and they shove him into another table, and it's now a free for all), and most of the people in the room have drawn weapons. There are maybe a dozen people with weapons drawn, mostly dwarves and humans. Exits:
Windows(you need a high acrobatics or being small to exit)
Door outside(there are a half dozen brawlers in your way)
Door to the kitchen(a few brawlers in the way, and the bartender just barred the door from the kitchen)
(ooc: ty, sounds like a chaotic barfight. I rolled 2 for initiative so I probably go dead last... last question, how high is the ceiling roughly?)
Imagine you took a pyramid and hallowed it out. this is roughly a 60 foot cube tavern, but at the outer edge(where you are) the ceiling is 10 feet tall. Add 10 feet for each 10 inward. The upper levels have rooms you can rent, and there are staircases at each corner. The party is 10 feet away from a staircase, but there are already some people fighting on the staircases.
By the way, did any of those attacks hit?

(ooc: if I've jumped the gun here let me know but that looks like all of us who've rolled initiative for this fight?)
Jhimas will summon (bonus action) his Tentacle of the Deeps about 15 feet away upon the staircase and attack one of the patrons. He will then cast Watery Sphere around himself and the ruffian who sucker punched him, and willingly fail the saving throw.
Tentacle of the Deeps Attack: 22 Damage: 6 cold damage and it's speed is reduced by 10 feet until my next turn.
(Ooc: Is this campaign still running? Would like some context and information from DM regarding which players are still active, decisions to trim down the party and or recruit other players, and mission for the campaign.
so far I see Jhimas , Xanelor , and I actively posting, which to me looks like a 3 PC campaign if we continue as is.
simply: are we inactive due to PC’s not posting and active PC’s seating them, or due to DM being busy and or unwilling to direct message inactive players.)

I think a couple PCs are off, but even with three PCs, I'm going to keep running this campaign. I was off for a few days due to a bunch of device and account problems, but I'm back.

The ruffian fails the saving throw out of suprise and is hit by the tentacle.
(ooc: for clarification purposes, the tentacle made an attack against a different patron on the stairs about 15 to 25 feet away (due to it's reach and where I placed it)... the saving throw was for the ruffian within melee range that struck me for 8 damage, if he failed then he and I are inside the Watery Sphere spell.)
Ooc: yah a thorough recap of events and where we are now would be useful :)
You are in a tavern, 10 feet away from a staircase, 80 feet from the door, and 5 feet from a window. There are brawlers actively attacking everyone in the tavern. The barkeeper barred himself in the kitchen. The staircase has brawlers on it, one of which is was hit by somebody's water tentacle. Everyone was attacked by a brawler, now the party has all their turns roughly at the same initiative.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jhimas will use his bonus action to have the tentacle attack the same patron on the stairs (unless he's dead or has fled from the disembodied tentacle), in which case it will attack the next one.
Attack: 12 Damage: 8 cold damage, and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of my next turn.
Then Jhimas will use his action to move the Watery Sphere 10 feet over to the stairs and 10 feet up the stairs, ramming it into anyone between him and the stairs, or on the stairs.
Any new patron that is rammed has to make a DC 13 STR save or be swallowed up by the sphere, it can hold up to four medium creatures. It currently contains the ruffian and I.
The ruffian can make another save at the end of his turn, if successful he is ejected from the sphere... if not, I guess he continues to drown?
It is currently at ground level due to the ceiling here being only 10 feet high. But once it reaches the stairs I can move it up them at least 10 feet.
At the end of my turn I willingly fail the save and remain inside the Watery Sphere with the ruffian and any new targets it may of swallowed on the way to and up the stairs.
Rhythm ask his companions a silly question before taking cover under the table and performing the [dodge] action, maintaining his concentration in [bless]:
”I really only have one damage dealing attack, and it’s shall we say… nuclear. So lemme know if we need it, otherwise imma just hide and chill while you guys clean this mess up.” (Ooc: referencing [spirit guardians] which can be cast at spell lvls 3-7)
Since Xanelor hasn’t used his bardic inspiration yet, rhythm keeps the extras in his pocket, just in case.
***Ooc post***
From my turn above, just so everyone knows what’s up:
-everyone in the party has an extra 1d4 for their attack and saving throw rolls. (Bless)
-Xanelor has an extra 1d10 he can use on 1 attack/check/save roll. (Bardic inspiration)
-Ren has a free attack action. (Voice of authority)

yes rhythm was hit for 9 damage.
concentration check for [Bless] DC10:
d20 (6) + 6 + d4 (1) = check passed
yes, Jhimas took 8 damage
Xanelor is hit during the fight before he turns around.
"Silence!" He demands in a loud voice.

(I'm a bit lost on what is actually going on. Some sort of bar fight whilst there's a portal open outside?)

On the PM, which the other players weren't supposed to know about.

"So be it," Xanelor says.
He then raises his hand and points at the nearest foe.
"Ainfijar."
Suddenly a beam of crackling energy streaks towards his target.
(Eldritch Blast Attack: 13 Bardic Inspiration: 2 Damage: 13 force damage.)
He then points his hand at another foe nearby.
"Ainfijar."
Another beams streaks towards this target as well.
(Eldritch Blast Attack: 24 Damage: 11 force damage.)
Then he uses the spell for a third time at another target.
(Eldritch Blast Attack: 21 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. force damage.)
