Forgive me - I have no idea how to post die rolls so I used the character creation system and the PC's sheet is posted here. Please tell me how to post ability die rolls if you can, this is my first foray into D&D Beyond, and I could not make the "how to" explanation on the forum site work for me.
Name: Elmer Reed Age: 27 Race: Variant Human Class: Rogue (1) Background: (Custom - 2 skills, 2 tools) A Professional: You are a well-rounded thief, using personas, disguises, forgeries, acrobatics, burglary, pickpocketing, and even pets. Whatever it takes. Proficiencies taken: Animal Handling, Athletics, Disguise Kit, Forgery Kit Alignment: NG Religion: Atheist
Elmer was an only child whose father died of pneumonia when he was 8. His mother was a weaver, and the two lived at the edge of a market town outside a larger city. Life was poor, and Elmer had no friends, but he did get along well with stray animals, and so he took to raising guard dogs, rat-catcher cats, and weasels, and selling them to local farmers. By his late teens, his mother's health declined and she succumbed to a bad fever in winter. Alone, and without a proper tradecraft, Elmer made his way to the city to find work. There, for many years, during the daytime he performed manual labor at warehouses and stores, or cleaned stables. However, at night, he slowly and cautiously learned the tradecraft of the alley and the darkness. Though he earnestly respects the need for laws, Elmer's lifetime of poverty has given him little concern for the morality of stealing from his social betters - so long as no one gets hurt. He is cautious by nature, and cannot bear to witness the suffering of others - especially animals. In recent years the city has grown more crowded, and men more desperate for coin. Crime and violence has risen in the city, and the rich and powerful grow greedier and more zealous to retain what they have accumulated. Elmer feels the change, and seeks a new line of work, possibly as an adventurer.

Name: TWX-21 "The World - XII"
Race: Warforged
Class: Wizard [Graviturgy]
Ability Scores: Ability scores: 151115161111
Backstory (Mainly WIP): TWX was created by two elderly, yet still quite young looking, elven mages in lands long forgotten to time after a war that happened long ago. These two elves were well respected, one a master of gravity and the other of time. The mechanical creation was designed to embrace both the wonders of technology and the beauty of natural life, looking very similar to a human, just in a bizarre set of armor. The World was implanted with special gears, 'the wheels of time' and a heart; 'the core of earth' as his masters called them.

[Hey! Never done a dnd campaign before, still not to sure of myself even though I've browsed this website a few times over and watched a ton of Handbooker Helper, but I am a pretty experienced roleplayer! If there's enough room, I'd love to join!]
Name: Silas, last name unkown
Race: Tiefling
Class: Fighter (Gunslinger sub)
Ability scores: 10, 14, 15, 15, 13, 8
Backstory (will be expanded if needed!): As well known, Tieflings aren't very well trusted, and normally have to resort to lives of crime, and live in not too great conditions. Silas was obviously one of those Tieflings, his parents truly tried hard to provide fof him until the age of fifteen, when one day neither came home. This led to him becoming a street rat, getting whatever he could from handouts and stealing. He saved enough money to eventually start getting lessons in self defense, which included violent forms of street fighting, some basic training with the sword, and some archery training. And he was great with the last one. He soon put most of his money into that, which helped him hunt food, and got him noticed by a few criminals who decided they could use his skills. There they were refined, and he did work for them until the age of twenty as an enforcer, as he grew tall and bulky. But soon, a mole joined the gang, and before they knew what hit em it was too late. He managed to escape and avoid trouble with the law by pinning his murders on another Tiefling. He later recollected his stuff, and served a bit of mercenary work before becoming a freelance enforcer, and he was damn good at it. If your party needs an intimidating, hard-headed gunslinger with 10+ years of experience, he's your man.
