Aaron looks to Sasha, swilling his wine, "Oh I'm sure we'll get more than our fill of it tomorrow, don't you think? Best to save our legs and feet for the festival. Going to be a long day, I know I'll want all the energy I can muster. 'Should probably even switch to water for the rest of the evening." He eyes his glass to see how much work he has to do on it, then takes a hearty swig, wincing slightly, and smiling wide. "Y'all ever played a game called 'Pence'?"
From the main Shop Magnus returns to see you have a nice stack of toys. " So sorry about that, ran into an old friend from Triboar, here for the sale. He needed help loading some barrels. Ahh! You youngins have a good eye for quality gear. Good call on the healing draughts. Never can have too many of those on an adventure. That's a good quality Osage longbow, has a pretty strong pull weight so you will want to practice a bit with it. Very accurate and outstanding range and power. Miss Gerty, that is a well crafted set of mail. I picked that up in Mirabar early just this spring. It will feel a bit heavy at first, but once yer used to it, it will be like yer every day clothes. Tomorrow before the sale, I can let you all use my practice pit so you can get a feel for your gear, then if any adjustments need to be made we can do it. Better to not get down in some adventure and discover the mail punches an awkward place, eh?? "
He laughs a bit and says, "It looks like the total should be about 450 gold. I will give you a special deal though, seeing as you are new adventurers. I will sell you the lot for 425 and free access to the pit of training for you and your group. How does that sound?"
"Tomorrow? Yes, the festival." Sasha beams, already looking forward to that. "Haven't played anything called Pence, come to think of it, haven't played anything at all, well, except for my flute then."She says, tucking away the wand and taking up her flute, putting it between her red lips, starting to play a merry tune, a smile on her pretty face.
While Sasha plays, Aaron explains the rules, putting 3 copper pieces on the table, “It’s all good! A real simple drinking game. There’s three of us and a half pour in the center of the table. The goal is to bounce your copper piece off the table, and into the glass. When you make it in, you get to choose who has to chug the ale. If you miss, you can take a chance and shoot a second time, but if you miss this time, you have to chug it. If you don’t want to try your luck, you can pass it to the next person instead of trying a second time. Makes sense? The first shooter is the one who’s drank the most tonight.”
"A drinking game then?"Sasha says, stopping her playing mid tune, looking at Aaron again. "Count me in then."She says with a wide smile. "You'd better begin then Aaron." She says with a wink and a soft laugh.
Feeling as though he hasn't much of a choice. Loran quietly sighs, a little unsure. "So be it. A little drinking bet before an important event never hurt anybody right?" Loran says more than a little sarcastically...

He looks between Sasha and Loran, "Hmm.. tough choice! But, I think Loran has some catching up to do.." He smiles and slides the half-pour over to Loran. "Bottoms up!"

So be it. Its too late to back out. Smiling back and taking a slightly too long look at his drink. Loran chugs the contents... And quickly doubles over in his seat, a staggered cough escaping his lungs before quickly righting himself as if nothing even happened. "Hnk...! A-hem! Alright... lets see if I cant return the favor then." Loran says, choking back another cough. Grabbing his copper piece.

It appears the favor is his to keep for now. The coin slams off the side of the cup, and bounces miserably onto the table... ("Damnit.") "Well uh?" Loran sighs, scratching at his scalp in embarrasment. "I suppose its your turn now Sasha." Loran says, turning red from either drink or shame. Or perhaps both.

Magnus responds, “ Manacles and shackles are pretty much the same animal..respect your elders, ha heh. I don’t have any of those, but I am sure the black smith could make you a pair. I am sure if you tie em’ up hog style, they won’t be getting too far, but them goblins are slick little buggers.”
Nearly as soon as Sasha, Aaron and Jacob begin their drinking game, Rikaria enters the inn, looking very excited.
” Sasha, guess what!” She calls out, it caring who is listening. Huge grin on her face. She heads straight to the table and notices the two guys with you.

Sasha studies Aaron and Loran with curiosity before nodding and taking her piece of copper, trying to bounce her coin into the glass. Sleight of hand: 7 "Hey, how did you do that?" She says to Aaron with a wide smile.
"Handsome boys ? Where?" Sasha says, looking over her shoulder, then bursting out in soft laugh. "Sorry boys, you're really handsome." She says quickly to Aaron and Loran before turning to Rik. "This here is Aaron and Loran, the handsomest boys I could find in this place. They insist on coming with me north to Mirabar can you believe it." She says to her friend with a wink.
Aaron, riding a good buzz, shakes his head and can't help but smile, "Thanks Sasha, yes it is I - handsome boy Aaron, at your viewing pleasure, m'dove." He holds out his hand in introduction, "I take it you're a member of the hero entourage Sasha has told us about?"

That sounds like a deal Magnus! Say, can you throw in some Manacles? As beginning adventurers we've had some trouble with tying up goblins...

Luke looks confused at William "Manacles? Those are old folks who can't see, you mean shackles, but that would be really great Mr.Magnus"
Assist from Luke to roll again?
William looks at Luke like a idiot before he gets it.

Aaron reveals his charming smile, laughing, "I agree - I think I've had more than my fair share."
Regardless, he then orders a few half pours, and justifies his purchase saying, "We can't just play one round."

After a few minutes when the drinks arrive, Aaron hands the copper pieces out, "Alright, I'll start."
He tries to bounce it in. SoH - 19
