Salamir sees Sawtooth fall but at the same time the remaining giant rat pounces. He moves up to the still glowing creature getting right in it’s face.
Summoning his thunder magic he spins his rapier about, now holding it upside down with two hands and attempts to plunge it into the back of the rats neck.
“Time to die foul creature!”, he exclaims.
Movement: Closes with giant rat.
Action: Booming Blade with Rapier on giant rat (Advantage due to faerie fire and Sneak Attack): 22 Damage: 10 (piercing), Booming Blade Damage: 2 (thunder - if the target willingly moves 5 feet or more after being hit)
Hlin's turn : Word of radiance damages goblin 3, and when combined with Belkaria's damage, goblin 3 dies, also goblin 4 is burned from the radiant damage. You heal Javier for 6 points of healing, he comes awake, no further death saves, he awakens to see a dead giant rat at his feet.
Current status :
Sawtooth is lying dead on the floor, bleeding out from sword injuries. His pet giant rats Skiv and Reech are both dead. Starting from north to south, goblin 1 is asleep on the ground, uninjured. The second goblin near Salamir is dead and lying on the ground. The third goblin near the middle was burned by Hlin's radiant damage and finished off with a ball of fire by Belkaria, a rude awakening. The fourth goblin with a spear, is seeing everyone dropping like flies and he is scared at this point, in light of the current situation and his injuries. He was the "lieutenant" of the goblins, slightly smarter than the rest and he sees the change in the course of the battle.
Goblin's turn : Goblin 1 remains asleep on the floor. 2 and 3 are dead. 4 runs as hard as he can for the exit, toward the eastern exit, looking to flee. He is too far south of Garth, but Belkaria could have an attack of opportunity if she wishes. He runs 60 feet out of the room and out of the eastern passage.
Battle can be over at this point if you wish, would depend on what you want to do with the goblin who is asleep and the one fleeing, this is the end of the second round.
Garth casts around to see if any of the fallen or sleeping enemies has a dagger. If they do, he picks it up, leaving a sword on the ground, and throws it at the retreating goblin. "Guess we'll see whose lucky day it is."
Irrespective of the result, he retrieves his sword and bow, then starts to tie up the remaining sleeping goblin.
"Alright, so big boss taken out, dang those rats were nasty. You ok Javier?" She heads over to check on him. Then heads over to Sawtooth's plaything, "Would you be Dirk perchance? There are people looking for you. How did you get yourself in such a predicament?"
"Well I am glad that is over. Now lets see to our bedraggled friend in the pit" Hlin moves over to the dwarf and outstretches her hand to help the poor man out of the pit.
Between Belkaria and Hlin working together, you are able to pull Dirak out of the pit. “Thank you, I thought that was it, my life was over. It was only a matter of time. I have walked down that hallway dozens of times, I had no idea these caverns were down below.”
He looks weak and haggard, multiple bruises on his cheeks and arms. He notices the cloak you are wearing Belkaria. “My cloak! You can have it, you saved me! If you can help me back to my chamber I have a reward for you… this mine is … a wonderful find! I’m so glad that Fritz sold me his map. Hey, I heard them talking about some gold they took, some big score, but I couldn’t see or hear exactly what they were talking about.” He absentmindedly scratches the warts on his face.

Salamir wanders across to Dirak. "It is good to find you alive, Dirak. In truth we have been to your room already, but do not worry about that, all is safe".
He looks across to the curtain behind the throne. "It is likely that we will find whatever treasures Sawtooth has behind that curtain", he says wandering over and taking a look for any traps before getting too close.
Behind the curtain, you find an alcove with a ledge. Sitting on it are two wooden chests, labeled RJ Mining. They have locks on them. You also see several sacks that have what appear to be vegetables in them.

Javier sits up and magically cleans his clothes “well that was awful but thank you both for your healing and concern… I’m glad that’s over and that you’re okay Dirak…” he stands slowly and following Salamir behind the curtain “you think we will be given a reward if we bring these back to town?”
Belkaria's eyes widen as she sees what Salamir has found, wondering how hard it would be to break those locks... then her shoulders drop as Javier mentions taking them back to town. "Fun hater"she says under her breath.

Salamir looks across at the others. "I would assume this is the payroll. The 100 gold reward is for the capture of the payroll bandits, right? I would personally look to negotiate a further reward for the return of the payroll itself", he says as he takes a look at the locks to see if there are any traps, before attempting to pick the locks and leave them in a state to re-lock afterwards.
Hlin seeing Javier fall. She proclaims "By Sehanine Moonbow rise"
She cast healing word - as a bonus action. (She will still do the word of radiance attack to the 2 goblins)

Salamir strikes the giant rat, plunging his empowered rapier into its back after it bit Javier. It quivers and dies instantly.

Attack: 14 Damage: 9 (disadvantage due to range)
Belkaria, pissed off at the situation with Sawtooth, swings her staff at the running goblin, hoping to knock him off his feet.
Attack: 10 Damage: 6
Rolled on character sheet:
Attack: 25, Damage:7
Belkaria notices the goblin fleeing and she brings her staff around solidly, caving in his skull. He drops to the ground.
Garth bends down and ties up the remaining goblin. He will certainly be alarmed when he wakes up in 30 seconds or so.
And we are out of combat! Feel free to post at will. Sawtooth is dead. Welcome to level 2!

(Apologies, added the wrong modifier, Thieves Tools is +6 not +7, so roll is 14.)
Garth nods seriously at Salamir's words then offers to help with the locks.
