Alessa is stunned at the news she is no longer among the living. She pokes her own arm, trying to see if she feels any differently. Dead, huh? I wonder if this changes my deal with the Hexblade?
She follows the others, grateful that Stalks and Lyris had the skills she lacked to set them at liberty. She follows the others with her longsword in one hand and her shield in the other.
Lyris smiles, then turns as she says "Follow me! I know a way out of the cells into the open air. Be warned, there may be more Daedric monsters along the way." She runs down the corridor, then stops short. "Um...I should have mentioned a small chamber." She crouches down, and in front of her you can see another of these Dremora creatures whipping a slave. "Soul Shriven", Lyris says, referring to the prisoner. "They lost their minds when they lost their souls. Now they work as slaves down here. And the big guy is the slavemaster. What do you say to cracking a few skulls?"
Teryn breaks into a crooked grin and cracks their knuckles. "If these are the people who got us into this godforsaken place, I've never been more ready."
Alessa's mind is still spinning with the news of her demise, so she is glad of the chance of combat to distract her. Using her blade is always comforting, quieting the demons in her own soul. If I still have a soul? she wonders.
"Yes, I would love a chance to meet one of our captors."
Stalks-In-Shadows will ready himself, waiting for one of the others to engage the enemy so he could slip in and bury his blades in just the right spot.
I'm just gonna assume Durg feels the same. If you have short ranged weapons, pull them out for some Sneaky Shooting, and get ready to fight because its INITIATIVE TIME!
Alessa summons the eldritch energy granted her by her patron. Extending both palms towards the Dremora, she utters a guttural syllable, and a bolt of purple energy flashes toward the slavemaster. (Eldritch blast)

Attack: 19 Damage: 7force damage
(Should we be attacking at advantage due to being unnoticed?)
Durg will follow with his cellmates and throws a glance over to Stalks, "Thanks for bustin' us out. Now lets crack some heads."

If the group prepares for ranged attacks then Stalks-In-Shadows will ready his shortbow otherwise he readies his short sword and dagger.

Stalks-In-Shadows whispers to himself as he draws back an arrow, "Dread Father, help my arrow find its place amongst my enemy."
The arrow is loosed...Attack: 26 Damage: 14
