A bit of backstory for the adventure: You were all traveling to Dewport on a packet-ship. The packet ship got attacked by pirates, which, with your help, were defeated and their ship captured. You arrived in Dewport that evening, the people there threw a party for y’all to celebrate. The next day, the mayor and the head of the fisherman’s guild approached you. They told you that there’s a favorite spot that the fishermen usually go…but lately they haven’t been returning. They asked you to investigate it, and you said yes. So they gave you directions-it’s about a league of sailing-and a small fishing boat, and of you went.
Ill kick us off as soon as everyone is here.

If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
Gabriel awoke in a daze, he does not like to drink but it was an offering for a job well done so he did. The headache is enough to keep a man from his job. But it should not be for a guard. He stood up and looked over his belongings, his pack is still on the floor next to him and his gear as usual is still worn. He went outside the tavern and received the news that he will be guarding an investigation team so he went to the port and awaited the rest of the travelling party.
Charles rolls out of bed grabbing his head as the light overtakes his sense. He just reaches out for a mug filled with some ale from the night before and downs the remainder of it as he begins to pull the clearly worn in chain mail over his crimson blue scales. He then moves to place the scimitar at his side and finally grabs the trident and shield before walking out. He stood taller then most at six foot five inches and like a solid brick wall of muscle. As he received the new of what he would be doing, he just nodded as he joined the rest of those asked to join on this journey.
Ghadath let out a low groan, stretching ever so slightly as he got out of bed. It had been awhile since he'd drunk as much as he had the night prior and he was certainly regretting it but it was too late to do much about it now. He took a breath and looked over his equipment before pulling his scale mail on then picking up his pack and slinging it over his shoulder. With his longbow on his back and his shortswords at his sides he left the tavern. When he received news about investigation he agreed to help and joined up with the others who had agreed to join the investigation team.
Pirates. People that she still had to decide her opinion on. The packet ship was not the best of transportation she had been on, but it was also not the worst. It was only a memorable experience because of the pirates that decided to intrude on their peaceful day. Daekas was quite sure that it was sunny outside, with the bird’s song easily heard in one ear and out the other. So, when the party came she gladly joined the group. Dae believed that everyone deserved a night’s rest after a fight, or at least a way to relax the mind. Waking up the next morning. . . Not so much. Walking through a throbbing headache, she was greeted with another mission from the mayor himself. Glancing at the other people in the party, she supposed she had no choice but to accept. The weight of her rapiers became conscious to her mind as she waited for the rest to join them. Besides, what other adventure was waiting for them in a tavern and town such as this?
"Thank you for getting connected have a nice day" says a kender in his dreams who admires his 'hard-earned' cash whilst he wakes up finishes his conversation with someone post-sleep. He slept until two hours ago when someone thought he was selling a deal.
After going through your morning routines, you all board the fishing boat and sail to the destination.
A Few hours later, you arrive at your destination. There’s a reef, about 100 ft away, and a small bit of it sticks up in one place about ten feet long. It then goes down, pretty much. There is a wreck of a ship hanging on an outcropping, about 100 feet deep. You can see schools of fish swarming around it and going in and out. On the waters surface, you can see four half-eaten bodies of fishermen. One of you lowers the sail, and the boat slows to a stop about 80 ft from the reef.
Whats everyone’s passive perception, and what is each character doing, and where on the boat is each one?
Gabriel sees the dead fisherman and the wreck. Instinctively looking around and investigating down into the water for a creature that may pose a threat and at the same time equipping his maul.
Ghadath had been sketching down an idea for an invention that had popped into his head but halfway through the sketch he let out a soft sigh before putting his book and pen back into his pack when he noticed the half-eaten bodies of the fishermen. He quietly reached for his bow and took a moment to compose himself as he took a breath and glanced towards the water. When he heard the mention of an enemy nearby he nodded his head slightly.
Daekas had honestly zoned out for just a moment, getting her sea legs on the boat. Was she really the only female in this party? May the gods know how many things would go wrong with that. Her head perked up from where she was, looking over to Karson as he yelled about an enemy. Her eyes glanced towards the water as she drew her rapier, wondering if it was truly an enemy or perhaps a messanger. One didn't need to immediately jump to violent conclusions, right?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Charles is just helping around the ship throughout the day smiling at the enjoyment of the sea and the freedom it brings. As they approach and see the bodies his hand tighten as he checks his shield and brings his trident around his back and into his hand.
As the shouting begins he steels himself readying for battle.
Ok, so for the six of you chosen, here it is.

Gabriel tensed up when he heard the possibility of enemies in the water. They are in an extremely vulnerable position.
"Hold until we identify the threat!" He found himself shouting.
He tried to discern what manner of being is in the waters.
